Dårlig oplevelse !!!!
Opholdt startede ud med at vores værelse ikke engang var klar da vi skulle tjekke ind, endda efter vi kunne tjekke ind. Vi kommer op på værelset og der er beskidt senge tøj og der er støvet over alt, der er IKKE gjordt rent. Vi går ned og siger vi gerne vil have nyt senge tøj på da det ikke er gjordt ordenligt, vi venter derefter 40 min på at det overhovedet sker. Vi vil på vores sidste dag gerne have en kop kaffe på værelset og der er elkedlen fyldt med kaffe, da der er nogen der har puttet kaffe pulveret ned i elkedlen i stedet for koppen, det har rengøringen ikke tjekket og det var simpelhent så klamt. Vi følte os ikke rigtig tilpas eller at vores værelse var rent, selv om vi på anden dagen gik ned og sagde at vi ønskede en rengøring fordi at det simpelhent ikke var gjordt ordenligt.

Staff. Neutral Bed. God Environment. No noise apart from occasional low flying aero planes to Heathrow. Cleaning. Ok but room for improvement. Breakfast. Optional omelet a good opportunity but lacked cheese and ham with taste. Bread. Boring and cheese had dry edges. In general, London hotel prices tend to be on the high end, compared to what you get.

It was easy to get there. But I am on holiday and it would have been nice to see smiling faces after a long day traveling. There was no smiles. No friendly. No asking about where I had been or where I was from. In the last 4 weeks I have stayed at over 20 hotels and this one had no joy.

I do not know from where to begin In short, everything is more than wonderful My first choice will always be this hotel. Everything is very clean Everything is neat and organized. This is really a great hotel I thank the team with all my heart, they helped me very much. The room is amazing, and the beds are very clean. Clean Towels , , air conditioning, coffee and tea , The bathroom is spacious and very very clean. You feel comfortable and reassured The hotel enjoys a prime location next to the bus stop, the metro station is within walking distance, and there are many shops next to it. I made the mistake of only booking one day, and then I couldn't find a room to renovate. I advise you to book your entire stay at this hotel . I think the price is less than what the hotel deserves. Thank you to the management and everyone who works at the hotel. I will work to spread this to my friends in the countries I know: the Netherlands, Germany, Saudi Arabia, the Emirates, Qatar, and Kuwait. The kind and polite staff deserves all respect and appreciation.

The reception area looks a little shabby but once on the bedroom floor the decor improved massively. The room was nicely furnished and the bathroom was very high standard

I love the location, walkable to nearby underground stations and restaurants! It felt like a safe neighborhood to me, not too much touristy things which kept it quiet. I didn't have much interaction with the staff, but shout-out to the maid service! They kept my room clean and didn't mess with my things. I stayed for over a week and a half.

Too far out from everything, the city. Had to go through dangerous area to walk to hotel.. staff during the day wasnt too friendly, not very good customer service. Had to ask a question, i waited nearly 15 minutes for someone to look up and acknowledge me. But the staff at night was better and much nicer..

Park Grand London Heathrow Hotel is 2 hours away from cental London and 1 hour from Heathrow airport by bus. It's not the closest to shopping areas and site seeing areas, but it's cheaper than other hotels that closer to the heart of the city. It takes about 10 min to walk from the hotel to the nearest train station. The hotel room was good, but I wished there was an exhaust in the bathroom. The walls were a bit thin. You can hear neighbors if they are loud and smelled cigarette smoke seep into the room once over my 7 day stay. I requested cleaning every day which was done well. The bed was made and toilet paper was replaced everyday. They also provided water bottles after each time they cleaned. Overall, I would rate this hotel a 4 out of 5.

Very nice hotel and exceptional staff
Good hotel with decent services. Parking is free for 15 minutes after that it is £12 for 24hours. Although I used parking space app to park nearby which was more economical. The hotel was 15- 20 minutes walk from osterley and Hounslow East stations. Nearby a lot of food options as well including halal. The fridge in the room wasn’t working so it was promptly replaced. We did not have any meals so cannot comment on the food.

The room is small for double occupancy, bed uncomfortable only one chair in the room with a table. No bedside light , so total darkness when the light in the room is turned off. Floor not cleaned as dirt underneath the bed. I have asthma and the room is not of good hygiene standard for me. I will not book anymore

Terrible experience
Left waiting at reception never got checked in abandoned to leave and go out and cold rainy night!! They couldn't contact reservations because reservations shuts at 8 p.m. they can't check you in up reception because they don't have the ability absolutely useless!!

Not as good as it could be!
Have stayed at The Park Grand, Hounslow many times and still like the hotel and great staff. BUT, things have slipped a little, check in was slow, only one member of staff available and a queue of 6 people or so. Also the biggest slip is breakfast! Fatty under cooked (for me) bacon, anemic pork and chicken sausages and additional charge of £3.95 for an omelette when you have already paid £13-15 for breakfast. Staff used to top up your tea/coffee cup, that no longer happens.

Great Hotel, Poor from Other Guests
The hotel itself was nice. Decent rooms, clean, standard quality hotel. However on the Friday evening the clientele made the stay terrible. First some men with cycles turned up and got into a mass argument with the front desk about storing bikes in their rooms. This delayed check in for everyone else waiting for over 20 mins. Finally checked in and 3 drunk men were admitted into the room next to us and we could hear the entire conversation. That being said the young man with glasses who was working overnight on the front desk Friday night was incredibly helpful and a credit to the hotel. He moved us to a new quieter room on a higher floor to escape the drunks, even after dealing with a troublesome bunch of customers. Thank you young man. Then to top things off at 00:45 the fire alarm was triggered waking up the entire 3rd floor when there was no fire. The hotel itself was fine, but some unfortunate circumstances made this stay a poor one.
