Der var meget koldt på hele hotellet de første 2 dage, men det blev Ok den sidste dag. Rengøringen var ikke i top.

Skuffende, lever ikke op til beskrivelsen
Deluxe værelse på 5 stjernet hotel, det må være godt, derfor også en noget højere pris tænkte jeg da jeg bookede for at forkæle mig selv. Men blev noget skuffet. Værelset #510 var mindre en nogen af de billeder der er vist sf deluxe værelser og det første der mødte mig på værelset var en vissen plante. Det er nok symbolet på hvad hotellet mangler - pleje og at blive set til. Overordnet var værelset til at leve med, men der trængte til en gennemgang og hovedrengøring, der var beskidt! For bare at nævne noget af det: ovenpå skabet, hvide stains på toiletdør overfor toilettet (jeg vil slet ikke vide hvad det er), afløb i bad tilstoppet, afløb i vask ulækkert, bag på køleskab meget støvet(skulle have det ud for at tænde for det og kølede det ikke alligevel), dørkarm til bad støvet. Kontakten (en snor) på barberspejl virkede ikke, døren så ud til at have været sparket ind. Badevægt i stykker Hele tiden under opholdet var der en summen/brummen, måske fra værelset ved siden af/over hvor der havde været vandskade og der stod skilte og lagt håndklæder lige foran deres dør/min før, vand var løbet ned fra loftet ad væggen, eller måske ventilator på tag, lidt ærgerligt når der stod “lydisolerede” værelser. Dvd afspiller manglede, ingen forklaring om aviser, internet eller roomservice på værelset. Og så må de have meget korte dronninger, for Queen size sengen var meget kort. Personalet ikke varme og imødekommende, hilste ikke når man kom ind/ud, meget upersonligt. Booker ikke igen!

Price not justified
The location can hardly be more central which has many advantages for tourists, yet, there is no noise from the street which is a major plus. One can hear guests talking in rooms next door though. The service is good overall. The pillows however are very hard and there is no option for a softer choice which was very uncomfortable and not allowing for a good night’s sleep. Cleanliness could be slighty better and breakfast is average. I have stayed at hotels with significantly highter standard overall with the same rating, and I believe the central location carries the bulk in this hotel’s high ranking, not the actual hotel. I will not be returning as the rating and standard does not justify price.

Quiet room, dedicated staff, top location
Surprisingly quiet on such a busy road. Very dedicated staff and comfortable room and bed. Nice with a Nespresso machine in the room, as well as complimentary still and sparkling water. Breakfast is rather standard and cleaning could be a little better in the bathroom, not to mention the windows in the room. Overall though, a comfortable stay at an excellent location.

The reception people are nice and friendly. The location of the hotel is well for my needs. But the room was much smaller than I expected. Everything you need is in the room, but its quite small.

The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We requested to be moved to a different room upon check in. Not only did they move us to a better view, but also provided a bottle of champagne. They also had no problem holding our bags after checking out and waiting g for a red eye flight that night.

I cannot fault this hotel. I arrived for my wife's birthday. We were treated like royalty. Glass of fizz on arrival and they gave us another bottle to celebrate. Staff were super friendly and helpful. I would love you come again.

Perfect location, situated between theater and Chinatown districts. Very close to Piccadilly Circus and underground. The property was sufficient, the bathroom was tight, I would not have fit into the shower if I was any larger. The concierge had a permanent scowl, not sure we ever saw a smile on his face, all others are friendly and kind.

What a great hotel in a great location! But even better is how great the staff was to my family who arrived very early in the morning of check in. They were able to drop their bags off and when they returned that evening, everything was in the room waiting along with a nice note. Also appreciate that the manager reached out by email day prior to ask if we needed anything. Highly recommend!

Absolutely amazing staff and hotel great location with China town just across the road lots of theaters pubs and restaurants, soho also couple of mins town the round. Staff were amazing when we arrived over 1 hour early are room was ready for us so checked in early, we were shown to are room and we were also upgraded to a club room but also had a bottle of Prosecco and chocolates for my wifes 40th we only mentioned it was her birthday when making the booking! Can't believe they remembered and dine that for her very thoughtful from the staff!!! Also kept are bags safe when we booked out and went to do more sightseeing for the day. We will definitely be staying again!!! Thank you to all the staff!

I enjoyed the boutique feel of this hotel but with the services that you would expect but from a much larger hotel. Staff were attentive, friendly and overall a great stay experience.

Wonderful location, in the heart of everything and walkable to night life, restaurants, china town, theatres and everything else. Hotel is well staffed and all the employees were wonderful. Rooms in London overall are small, but this hotel designed the rooms and bathrooms to feel spacious. Only issue we had was the Wi-fi did not work in our room and the phone did not work so had to keep going to front desk to request stuff.
