Meget lille værelse. Vi havde specifikt bestilt to enkeltsenge, og fik et værelse med dobbeltseng. Ingen info ved incheckning om tidspunkt for morgenmad, udcheckning eller wifi. Det var alt for dyrt i f t kvaliteten.

It’s was just ok. No service in the three days I was there. I asked for a clean sheet three times. It never arrived. When I asked for an iron and an ironing board, I got two bottles of water. Room was very worn and there was a lot at draft coming from the windows.

Alt i alt fint men med et par minusser
Hotellet ligger rigtig fint og centralt. Tæt på underground. Wifi er gratis. Værelset ok størrelse i forhold til londonske forhold. Fin service. 2 minussse. Der var en del støj fra store biler der fyrede den af i sloan street, og så kunne væggene til nabovæeelser godt være bedre støjdæmpende. Vi anskaffede ørepropper

Super godt hotel der ligger rigtig godt..
Hotellet ligger i et pænt kvarter og ligger tæt på metro, personalet er søde og hjælpsomme.

Dyrt, slidt og helt vildt overpriced
Værelserne er bitte små, sengene mindre! Det er voldsomt slidt og der er enten kogende vand eller koldt. Er så skuffet. Det er ikke pengene værd. Placeringen er dejlig busserne holder lige foran hotellet, undergrunden er for enden af vejen. Man skal forvente en masse støj og natten, da vinduerne er tynde og vejen bruges ofte om natten. Det var dejligt med check ud kl 12, så man kunne nå at spise morgenmad og pakke stille og roligt.

The property grew on me during our stay. The staff in the breakfast room and Bistro Babette within the hotel were very attentive and made us feel most welcome. However, while checking in I was pressurized into doing a review of the hotel by the reception desk because they provided early check-in for free. It was to the extent where my phone was taken from me, I was logged into the hotel wifi, and my Google review was written for me and 5 stars awarded. I asked the on desk manager if it was company policy to make customers do this prior to experiencing the hotel and I was told it was because they waived the £40 early check-in fee. I was told that I was just reviewing the front desk, which as anyone who does a Google review knows they are reviewing the whole hotel and not just one department. This initially put me off the hotel and is why I only gave 4 stars for customer service. You should not make people complete a review when you're trying to check-in, are tired from traveling, its very unprofessional! The room has everything you need, but is a little tired looking, we struggled to close our curtains due to a faulty rail. The bathroom had high end Christian Lacroix bathroom products, which were very nice, but we couldn't get a room with a walk in shower for my mother that has mobility access limitations. From the conversation with the front desk I couldn't make out if they only had 1 room with a shower or not but we couldn't get a room with one.

Your comments regarding attention to room with walk-in shower depends from availability also. Unfortunately, another guest occupied the room. Our staff provide to check you in early at 11:30 without any fee asking to leave a review about receptionist customer service upon check in, to avoid the charge.We strive to provide outstanding and consistent service to all our guests and I apologise this was not the case on this occasion. Your comments regarding attention to curtain has been taken up with the Rooms Division Manager. I can assure you that this does not reflect our usual standards and again I would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused. Tiny tiny room; old style straight-rod shower curtain clung to me every morning while showering; room heater didn’t work well - I was always cold; construction drilling in building; roads blocked outside; staff was just ok; I tried checking out a day early and they refused a credit; I can’t believe it’s a 4 star property.

Millenium Hotel London Knightsbridge took very good care of us during our recent stay. The staff was very accommodating of our needs. The location is conveniently next to high-end boutiques as well as Harrods and Harvey Nichols. Breakfast choices were excellent. We would definitely stay there again!

Shabby - 80’s style electric- WiFi connection is hit and miss in the room. Room Conditions are really out dated and out moded Staff is very nice but they are limited in what they can do. They try but…during our stay the hotel was put into lockdown because of roving groups (hundreds of people) of “the travellers/tinkers”. Complete chaos. They took over the lobby and the police blocked all entry and exits(which was good) but not enough inside security Then at 1:25 am they broke the fire alarms for fun and we had to evacuate- poor info - staff overwhelmed- no police. We were finally allowed to return to our rooms and then the fun seekers pulled the alarms again and 3 am Many of them were hotel guests and it was sheer mayhem until 4:15 am Staff were kind but totally ineffective in managing and correcting and controlling the chaos.

Perhaps I am naive, but for a hotel in Knightsbridge on Sloane Street, surrounded by shops like Chanel and all the others I was expecting something at least a little above average. The room was awful, outdated and stuck in the 1970’s. Botched repairs on really old fittings, a bathroom that was laughable really, with a toilet seat that was the wrong size and shape for the pan and a dirty plastic shower curtain. Come on, who still presents hotel rooms like this? Millennium apparently. My recommendation is give this one a miss.

Good value for expensive area
Mayfair is a very high end area with very expensive shops on the street of this hotel. However the value is good. Gym and pool were o.k. All equipment works. The self-service breakfast was decent and plentiful. Service always attentive and friendly. The rooms are surprisingly spacious for a central London hotel which was welcome. Wifi worked fine. Overall I'd recommend this hotel.

Only one lift working for the entire 14 floors of the hotel and that one wasn't working properly. people getting stuck in it, engineer in and out - very worrying. Room was OK but needed work - dirty sealant around the bath and generally a bit unloved.

The staff was very nice, and the area is quite convenient which would explain the price. Other than location and staff, the rooms I had were ok. My first room had to be changed since there was a leak and the carpet was wet and brown. I appreciated the changing of my room, but the room I got was worse (layout wise)which really didn’t make me happy. I’m not one who will complain during my stay, so that’s my fault for being quiet. I still had all the things I had in the other room, but the TV wasn’t working, and during the whole stay only 1 elevator was working (and god knows where the stairs are). Again, location and staff being nice was what made me not complain further than getting the room changed which they offered to me.

Not impressed
Very small room and bathroom. Old, tired, small renovations badly done, breakfast tasty if they have staff and food, often have to wait for them to refill. My feeling was very obviously trying to cut running costs. Room was not cleaned on one day and when asked was told i had to request in advance, strange. Welll positioned for picadilly line tube and harrods.
