To top it off, the property is situated in the heart of London, walking distance from Regent's Park and London's famous West End.

This luxury Grade II-listed, 2 bedroom apartment in Marylebone is arranged over the first and second floors of a Georgian townhouse, and is a perfect choice for those looking for a convenient, elegant and contemporary home-from-home from which to explore central London for work or play. The apartment is a classic example of traditional Georgian architecture in London, dating from the 1820s.

Built in 1820 and recently renovated and entirely refurbished (by us), this flat combines Georgian architectural elegance (high ceilings, large windows and great room proportions), with contemporary style and mod cons for maximum convenience and comfort.

Brilliantly situated in central London, just 5 minutes walk from Marylebone underground/rail station (Zone 1, Bakerloo Line) and 8 minutes walk away from Baker Street tube (Zone 1), the highlights of our neighbourhood include:

- walking to the bars, restaurants and amenities of village-like Crawford Street in Marylebone, or reach the wonderful shops/markets/restaurants/bars of Marylebone High street in 15 minutes walk

- easy access into the West End (10 mins by tube to Piccadilly Circus)

- we have a Tesco local supermarket 3 mins walk away for groceries

- Madame Tussauds and the Sherlock Holmes Museum are just 10 mins walk away

- you have one of the the world's best parks, Regents Park, on your doorstep (12 mins walking or 5 mins jogging) with its lake, boats, rose garden, cafes, tennis courts and outdoor theatre (in season)

- word famous Lords Cricket ground is just 8 mins walk away, perfect for cricket lovers!

Getting Around:

Being situated in the beating heart of London, you can walk almost everywhere from the apartment.



The duplex is situated less than 5 minutes walk from Marylebone Train/tube station (Bakerloo Line, Zone 1), and 8 minutes from Baker Street tube station (Bakerloo, Hammersmith & City, Metropolitan, Circle & Jubilee lines).



Parking is available on the single yellow line outside the apartment on Sundays. At other times, the best parking option is the Q Park on Penfold Street, just 3 mins walk away (about £15 per 24 hours, per vehicle).

It is a large spacious house close to three tube stops. There are multiple restaurants nearby as well as supply shops such as groceries and pharmacies. The beds are very comfortable. Typically I have trouble sleeping in a new environment the first couple of nights but with this place, it just felt right. There are a couple of bars just down the street for those who wish to hang out and socialize or feel free to stay in to relax in the bathtub or watch television. The neighborhood is quiet and nice. Our host was communicative, responding to messages fairly quickly. Overall, we had a great time staying here and would not hesitate to do so again in the future.

Excellent stay

Owner was very communicative. Asked about an early check-in, and while that was not an option , they did have luggage storage available for us which was a huge help. Kitchen is well outfitted, the beds were super comfortable. Easy access to Tube and bus stops.
