Hello Stephen, thank you for your feedback. Our check-in time is from 3pm, therefore creating some traffic during check-in hours. We do sincerely apologise if you felt your check-in was quite slow, and your room was not available at 3pm, this was due to the fact we were fully booked the night before and housekeeping tried to turnover the rooms as quickly as possible! We did offer you drink vouchers as a gesture of good will, we do hope you were able to enjoy them!
