Our duplex apartment spans the ground and lower ground floors, offering generous space, privacy, and a serene retreat in the heart of the city.
Ground Floor – Dining & Living
On the ground level, you’ll find a grand, high-ceilinged reception room with a large sash window, centred around an elegant eight-seater dining table and decorative fireplace. It is perfectly suited for refined dining, intimate gatherings, or even corporate meetings and private events.
Adjacent is a stylish TV lounge, creating a sophisticated yet comfortable setting for relaxing, entertaining, or hosting drinks and canapés in a truly central London location.
The modern, well-equipped kitchen combines functionality with design, featuring a SMEG kettle and toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, and a small table for casual dining or morning coffee.
Lower Ground Floor – Rest & Retreat
The master bedroom is a plush sanctuary, designed in rich blue tones and styled with a Soho Home UK king-size bed. Elegant furnishings and soft textures create a deeply restful and luxurious atmosphere.
Two contemporary bathrooms are also located on this level, finished to a high standard for comfort and convenience.

There are a few steps leading up to the building’s front entrance. The lockbox is located on the left-hand side of the front door and is clearly labelled “Flat 1.”
Once inside, Flat 1 is just a few steps away, easily accessible through the short corridor in the common area.

This is a heritage property, so we kindly ask that you treat its original features—such as the staircase, skirting boards, and cornices—with care.
Please note that there is no lift, and access to the bedrooms requires going down a flight of stairs. You will need to carry your luggage accordingly. If you require assistance, please contact us in advance and we will be happy to arrange help from a member of our team.
When cooking in the kitchen, please be aware that the smoke alarms are very sensitive. To prevent them from being triggered, open the windows and use the extraction fan above the hob while cooking.
