A refundable £200 security deposit is required to cover any damage, missing items, excessive cleaning, or breaches of these house rules. If you need to charge an electric vehicle, please obtain approval before arrival, as a £30 charging fee applies; charging from standard household sockets is not permitted. Please observe the agreed check-in and check-out times, leave the property clean and tidy, dispose of rubbish, and wash used dishes before departure. Pets are not allowed unless agreed in writing. Do not tamper with smoke alarms or safety equipment, and report any damage or maintenance issues promptly. Illegal activities are strictly forbidden and will be reported to the authorities. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings and any damage caused during their stay. Failure to follow these rules may result in cancellation of your booking, loss of your security deposit, and additional charges where applicable.
