The Space:
The flat is very modern and has generous space. It comfortably sleeps 3 people, with one double bed and one single bed.
Once you enter the property, on the first floor, there is a lovely and spacious kitchen, fitted with a dining table in the corner, perfect for family meals. The kitchen has high end appliances and ample counter space. On this floor there is also a full shared bathroom, which includes a bath tub and a shower.
On the floor just a few steps up from the kitchen, there is an inviting living room with a flat screen TV, the lovely master bedroom, and the cosy guest bedroom. The large windows in the living room allow the room to be wonderfully bright with natural light. On the second floor, you will find the charming roof terrace, with a small table and seating space; perfect to enjoy a quiet morning coffee or hosting family and friends.
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire property, apart from the third bedroom on the top floor, which will be locked.
Please note that the property is accessed via stairs, and the property has no lift.
The Neighborhood:
Just moments away is the newly renovated Battersea Power Station, where you will find endless, restaurants, bars, and shops. There are also two cinemas as well as a padel court. For the winter period there is also the Ice Skating ring. Both Battersea Park and Battersea Power Station are perfect for family outings and offer lots of activities.

There is a Tescos on Battersea Park Road - around a 5 minute walk away.
There is a local Budgens located even closer - around a 2 minute walk away.
There are lots of options for restaurants, pubs and very popular cafes around this area.
- The Pear Tree cafe - A very popular and lovely lakeside cafe / restaurant in Battersea Park.
- The Albert Pub - Located on 85 Albert Bridge Road.
- The Latchmere - Another gastro pub.

Warriner Gardens is also very nearby to Battersea Park / Chelsea Gate, where you can cross over the Bridge to Chelsea, Kings Road and the Fulham Road very quickly. Here you will find an abundance of shops / restaurants and retail stores on the King's road and along Duke of York Square. The Saatchi Gallery is located right by Duke of York Square.
Getting Around:
There are many convenient transport links in this area for getting around and visiting other areas of London.
The closest tube station is Battersea Park - Approximately a 7 minute walk away. This station provides direct train services to London Victoria and south London destinations.
Queenstown Road Station - Around a 10–12 minutes walk. This provides quick access to London Waterloo via direct trains.
Battersea Power Station - Around 15 minutes walk. The new extension of the Northern Line offering rapid access to Central London, such as the West End and the City.
Sloane Square (District and Circle Lines) is a short bus ride or 25–30 minutes walk. Brilliant tube connections to central areas like Westminster, South Kensington, and Notting Hill.
There are also several bus convenient bus routes around this street:
- 344 - Travels to Vauxhall and onto the city
- 44 - Travels to Victoria Station and Clapham Junction

Please note that we provide small bottles of shampoo, shower gel, soap, moisturiser and loo roll for the beginning of all our guest stays and once the products are finished, we kindly ask our guests to provide their own thereafter.
Please note the property will be prepared by our professional cleaners, using hotel-quality linen and towels.
Please note that there is no elevator and there are 2 flights of stairs to get up to the property and stairs within the property.
If the booking is 14 days or more, we require a mid-stay clean at an additional cost (the price is dependent on property size). Payment will be taken at the time of the booking and the mid-stay clean includes both a clean and linen change.
We can also arrange any additional cleans regardless of the length of the booking upon request.
Please note that check-in is between 3pm and 8pm. Early and late check-ins as well as late check-outs are available on request for an additional fee.
Where a check in is on a UK bank holiday, there may be an additional surcharge on the cleaning fee as well as an additional cost for a personal check-in. Please enquire for additional information on this when booking.
The lead guest booking the property must be 25+ years old.
