Værelset var rent men skrabet. Morgenmaden var ok. Sengene var dårlige, man kunne mærke fjedrene gennem madrasserne.

Nice location - close to tube, buses, 20m Walk to portobello market. Service was fine. Havent Really spoken to staff unless check in & out. Beds comfy enough - cleaning was ok, could be a bit bitter. Maybe actually clean floors. But fine overall.

Det var virkelig skuffende, i forhold til billederne, sengene var forfærdelige, og dårlig udluftning. Ofte ingen kold vand i vandhanen, og bare generelt dårlig komfort

Helt forfærdelig
Helt og aldeles uegnet som overnatningssted. Hele hotellet var beskidt, og værelset mindede mest om en fængselscelle fra en amerikansk film. Vi kunne ikke overnatte der, og endte med at tjekke ud igen og tabe 3 overnatninger. Da vi gjorde opmærksom på at standarden var for lav, i receptionen, blev vi mødt med uforståenhed. Vi fandt et andet hotel i London.

Det ligger tæt på spisesteder og butikker. Det dårlige var badeværelset. Det er så småt som en kabine toilet på et fly. Vi skulle på hotellet ved siden af og spise morgenmad. Man må kun vælge " 4 items" til morgenmad.

Rigtigt fint hotel prisen taget i betragtning. Vi brugte det kun til overnatning hvilket det var perfekt til. Men hvis man skulle bruge mere tid der var det ikke hotellet. Men man kan heller ikke forvente mere til den pris. Rigtig tilfreds

Tæt på centrum, underground og restauranter
Men ikke engang det kan få mig til at vælge hotellet igen!Badeværelset var på størrelse med en telefonbox - og den første dag vi var der brugte de vores (eneste!!) ekstra håndklæde til at tørre gulvet op med.... uden at skifte det efterfølgende - det ville de have ekstra for at gøre. Altandøren lukkede ikke tæt og blev bare holdt lukket med en kæde.

For me the location is the biggest pro for this place. It is close to transportation and close to a lot of sights. The hotel itself is dated. Room was clean enough. There was a family with younger children above us and we could hear everything (kids running, talking, even their alarm in the morning) uf your a light sleeper this could be tough. There are no lifts. We pack light so this wasn’t a huge deal for us but if you had some bags bigger then carry on it could be quite the workout. Breakfast was okay.

Our building is a historic Grade II listed building and, as such, some noise does unfortunately carry between rooms sometimes.It is advertised everywhere that we do not have a lift. No me gustó que la cama fiera un catre ruidoso y ya de mucho uso. Tampoco me gustó que hubiera una ratonera en el cuarto, aun y cuando aparentara estar limpio.

Positives: Good value at £120 with my discount for 2 nights including breakfast. Free coffee machine a nice touch in the lounge. Small but clean shower barhroom. Negatives: Attitude of one of the breakfast staff, I arrived at 925am, 5 minutes before breakfast orders finish, she said we are closed now, I said surely not, it's not 930am yet Then she said ok. I think she expected me to turn around and leave. Hair in pony tail. Was pretty unfriendly the first morning as well. The breakfast staff, all behave llike they resent their job and the guests. Time to recruit some customer service professionals as they let the hotel down badly. Room was very narrow, couldnt open my suitcase without taking up the route to the bathroom. Room was a "Superior double." Reception staff say it's not their job to help guests get their luggage upstairs. There isnt a lift.

Regarding the room, you booked a "small" superior double not a superior double. The superior double is more spacious and it costs a mere 10.00-15.00 more.In future you could opt for this choice.We do not have a lift and it is not advertised anywhere. Porterage is provided by higher categories hotel not by the 2* ones. If guest have mobility issues can contact us and subject to availability, we always try to keep these guests as low as possible.Best wishes

We are sorry you were not happy with our amenities. We have a coffee machine in our lounge. You can help yourself to free tea, coffees and hot chocolate at any time.Our continental breakfast is free and varied. You can chose from cereal to yogurt, from toast with cheese or jam and butter and fruits plus coffee e, tea and juices. You also have the option to pay a bit extra for a full English breakfast.Best wishes

Confort simple et efficace. La chambre était propre et confortable. Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de bouilloire dans les chambres et quelques sachets de thés n'auraient pas été pour nous déplaire. L'hôtel est bien situé avec les transports à proximité. Le petit déjeuner est très bien, surtout les toasts aux oeufs-mayonnaise 😃. Le personnel est très agréable. Nous pourrions revenir sans hésitation. Seul bémol : les serviettes de bain n'était pas toutes très propres malgré le lavage.

Das Zimmer war so klein, dass man sich kaum bewegen konnte. Die Bettdecken waren nicht sauber. Haare waren ebenfalls zu sehen sowohl im Bad als auch auf der Bettwäsche Ich bin sehr enttäuscht und würde es auf keinen Fall weiterempfehlen

Fint och rent rum. Stort familjerum. Extremt lyhört och vi fick rummet precis brevid frukosten... Man hörde även folk som gick förbi på gatan. Men snabb incheckning/utcheckning var ett plus!

Accueil sympathique, localisation de l’hôtel bien (métro pas loin), chambre simple mais propre (juste un léger bémol sur la qualité du matela mais pour un court séjour ça passe aisément) J’y retournerais avec plaisir
