For almost every part of this property it was exceptionally. Sadly the staff (at least the reception staff) failed badly. When we arrived we were questioned if we book the room via Expedia, I said yes and almost instantly the room we booked, a king, was just not available. I told here that it was unfortunate being that I had booked the room months in advance and I needed to involve management. Almost as fast the room I booked became available. This one act failed the facility but wait there’s more. My wife is a Bonvoy member and when requesting credit I was told because we booked it through Expedia, she couldn’t do that. I believe that is absolutely incorrect. Anyway the property is nice’, the bed comfortably but some of the staff are LTA “less than adequate”.
