Flot hotel
Flot service. Tænkt på de små detaljer som isvand med Citron og æbler og småkager i reception. Alle små detaljer på værelset var der: ekstra tandbørste, rigeligt med kaffe/the, vand. Lækre senge. Rent. Venligt personale. Eneste minus var overdosering af klor i svømmehallen samt meget kold klimaregulering i omklædning ( iskoldt).

Great 1 night stay
Lovely Hotel in central london, right next to St Paul Cathedral. Close to tube stop and plenty of restaurants. We got charged 50£ fro opening the MiniBar in room which should have been a deposit but still hasnt been returned 3 days after the stay. Had problems with Leonardo Group hotels staff taking extra payments before, just something to be wary about. The hotel was clean and great service. Had welcome chocolate in room with a lot of other freebies like coffee, tea, water and bathroom complimentaries. Only really bad was the shower unit could need some love and care with the limescale as not much water pressure.

Dejligt hotel centralt placeret i London
Dejligt hotel centralt placeret mid mellem Tower Bridge og Trafalger Sq. (ca. ½ times gå afstand i begge retninger). 3 subway stationer indenfor 5-7 minutters gang. Dejlige værelser. Mange restauranter, også med morgenmad, lige rundt om hjørnet.

Dejligt ophold.
Vi havde et super fint ophold og servicen var god. Eneste udfordring var, at der blev kø til morgenmaden kl 9. Men godt udvalg i morgenmad, selv de yngste var tilfredse. God beliggenhed tæt på undergrunds station.

Udemærket hotel
Poolen var fantastisk, hotellet trænger til en gennemgående rengøring (selv værelset blev ikke støvsuget i de 4 dage vi var der). Der lå meget støv over alt, så hvis man ikke kan tåle støv er dette hotel ikke det rigtige vælg. God beliggenhed og lækker morgenmad.

Hier wird sehr geguckt ob man ein dickes Portomonai dabei hat. Und so wird man dann in der Rooftopbar auch sortiert. Schade! Das Zimmer ist in die Jahre gekommen, aber sehr sauber. Im Badezimmer müsdten mal ein paar Fugen erneuert werden, aber auch hier war es sehr sauber

Nice hotel in a good location very close to St Paul’s. The hotel was clean & comfortable the reason I only gave 4 stars really was because at least 2 lifts were out of order and the wait for lifts were long and when they did arrive were full so you couldn’t get in!

The location in central London was great. Right next to St Paul's, quick walk across the Thames for the Globe, quick trip to London Tower and right next to all the Hop On/Hop Off stations.

Das Hotel war in jeder Hinsicht in Ordnung. Vorteile waren gutes und reichhaltiges Frühstück, gute und ruhige Lage, freundliches Personal und sauberes Zimmer. Der einzige Nachteil war die lange Wartezeit auf den Aufzug jeden Morgen vor dem Frühstück.

Leonardo Royal will charge you for services you did not receive, say that they will remove the fees when you check out, say they will email you your receipt and not to worry and then actually added extra charges And not email a receipt. AND there is no way to every reach anyone at Leonardo Royal to rectify. They just give you a super generic email and never respond. Worst customer experience ever.

I visited London in May 2024, and although the weather was as londinese as possible, the holiday left us a wonderful memories. In all, this trip was a success because the hotel has a wonderful position in London city from which is easy to move around. Our fortune was also the receptionist (Francesco) that, as an italian, spoke with us italian for the joy of my husband that doesn’t understand English at all, and so we had every thing explained in detail. 10 out of ten for us. Hope to see you soon!!!!

Amazing! Super friendly staff and excellent location. Very comfy beds. Only issue was the hot water isn't consistent and gets too hot randomly. They just had an incident where the hot water stopped working altogether for one morning (which was fixed immediately) but could be due to that. Otherwise a perfect stay.

Hotel was nice, 4 star was pushing it a bit. Spa and pool was accessed through the bar and restaurant, a bit strange in your robes! Plus pool was full of kids, running in and out of the Sauna. It was supposed to shut at 21:00, at 20:30 on the dot, the staff simply switched the lights off and opened the doors of the sauna and steam room without saying a word. Room service was poor - late, wrong order, card machine not working and no cutlery, they got it right on the fourth time. Food was good. There was no 'do not not disturb' sign for the door, realised before going to bed. Cleaner knocked and opened the door at 10:00 on the morning of checkout at 11:00. Bed was super comfortable and room was very quiet.
