God beliggenhed
Dejligt placeret hotel lige på hjørnet af Hyde Park og ved undergrunden til Piccadilly Line. Rengøring på værelset to gange dagligt - næsten lidt overdrevet, da vi ikke altid nåede hjem imellem de to rengøringer. Morgenmad var god men dyr og ingen rabat til teenagers, så vi valgte kun at spise morgenmad der én gang. Hyggeligt værelse i rigtig engelsk stil. Hele hotellet havde en "spa-agtig" duft.

Skønt hotel med perfekt beliggenhed.
Centralt beliggende hotel i dejligt område lige ved Hyde park. Meget fint hotel med høj service og professionel betjening. Flotte og nyrenoverede værelser. Business lounge og hyggeligt og stemningsfuldt bar/cafe område. Kan varmt anbefales.

Arrived at the hotel early morning, 8 am, with a room booked from the previous night, after a 14 hour flight. Room was not ready and I was asked to wait an hour to an hour and a half for housekeeping to clean the room. I canceled the entire reservation and walked across the street with my bags to the Four Seasons, where I immediately got a room and was not charged for the prior night. Admittedly, i have frequented the Four Seasons Park Lane and this was an attempt at testing another hotel. I will not be returning to the Intercontinental. Advice for others, don't change your standards as you can only be disappointed if you have expectations.

Es el peor hotel en el que me he hospedado, y vaya que tengo experiencia. El cuarto sucio, las cortinas con manchas, pedí un tour con el convierte y me lo cobraron en 1,350 libras, me lo cancelaron 1 día y al día siguiente fue a dármelo una Sra. de 82 años de edad (Ella muy amable, pero tuve cancelar el tour del hastío). No hacían caso del Room Service, me quejé de que me cancelaron el tour y nada. No se puede llegar a ningún lado salvo pasando por el Subway…. Simplemente terrible..!!

déçu
checkin a 20h et malgré ça chambre non prête, après 20 minutes d'attente et quelques coups de gueule la chambre est prête, la chambre était une catégorie en dessous de celle que nous avons réservé, avec une vue sur la route très bruyante. nous nous sommes plaint mais l'hotel campe sur ses positions en nous disant que c'est bien cette chambre alors que non. très déçu du service nous sommes habitué des beaux hôtel nous ne reviendrons pas.

5 star hotell med inhouse restaurant stengt på mandager og begrenset room service mandager med minimalt utvalg. Helt elendig å ha det slik,går ikke an. Kunne ikke skaffe en eneste pizza pga dette.
