Godt business hotel
Et fint hotel med let adgang til både lufthavn og undergrundsbanen. Hotellet er lidt slidt, og typisk engelsk hvor der er noget galt med bruser, eller en hane som ikke virker helt.

Excellent hotel close to the airport
Had a really nice stay, everything was in perfect order, quick and effective check in, comfortable bed, and so easy to get to and from the airport. There is a free bus service (busses marked OXF) stopping very close to the hotel once an hour, as well as public busses going to/from the airport passing by fairly regularly.

When we arrived to Hyatt at night, there was nobody to help us for carrying out luggages and not to mention my husband and I were both very tired by travelling. We also noticed there was no complimentary water and slippers in the room which should be at least provided by the hotel? I checked with the front desk and they said complimentary bottled water only provided by Hyatt Club Members ONLY!! I told them I’m a member but still I haven’t been received any before I left. We also ordered room service and staffs didn’t collect trays and plates at all. They were still sitting on the floor till the next morning!! We asked the front desk to help us call a cab in the morning to get to Heathrow airport with replied saying ‘if you have an Uber Apps, beta call yourself??’ My husband and I also got bitten by bedbugs on our legs!! What kind of hotel is it with such bad quality services and not helpful at all!! It’s best for them to get refund back and we left with disappointment!

Lets see..this hotel was advertised as being at Terminal 3. It is not. After walking endlessly through Terminal 3 tunnels we got to the bus stop only to be told that it would cost us $10 each to take the bus to this hotel, and that after 1 PM that bus only came once per hour (prior to 1 PM it ran every 15 minutes-huh?) and that we would have to wait 40 minutes for the next one, so we should just take a taxi, as the cost was comparable. The next morning we asked for a taxi to be called, assumingvthe cost would be the same. It was double the previous evenings cost. Had we been told that we would have taken the bus which at that point as it was before 1 PM I assume would have been running every 15 minutes. As for the hotel: it needs updating. In addition my partners room had not been prepared for her arrival: heat was at sun surface setting, no water in the room. Best thing to say: the staff was pleasant. Lessons: do a lot of research, ask a lot of questions and never assume anything. Never again.

I only stayed for 6 hours to sleep for my overnight flight. However it was clean, felt safe, and the staff are very helpful!

The hotel is close to Terminal 5 at Heathrow. The room was very quiet and had multiple USB ports for easy charging of devices. We were pleased to find bathrobes and lots of room to unpack. The bar and restaurant were convenient and a buffet breakfast was included in the room price. We took an Uber to our terminal (2) since there did not seem to be another way to getting there.

Serves its purpose well as an airport hotel. Can be a bit of an issue getting an early morning taxi to the terminals and the car park was wuite restrictive in terms of size for parking but room was comfortable

My go to when I'm traveling from Heathrow. A really friendly welcome. Close to the airport although the shuttle takes almost an hour to get to T5. Can't fault the hotel though. Clean, tidy and modern.

Great airport hotel. No elevator is available in the underground parking garage, so use the drop off parking out front of the hotel to leave your bags before parking!

This was a surpringly good stay. Despite being next to one of the busiest airports in the world, we didn't hear one plane, & almost no noise outside of our room. Staff was friendly & helpful. Restaurant had good vegetarian options. So convenient to get to Heathrow in the morning & the cost was so reasonable! Bed super comfy too. We were really pleasantly surprised with this stay.

Reception staff was kind and efficient as we checking in to get some sleep on a lay over forced by a flight cancellation.
