My worst Hilton experience
Hilton is normally synonymous with a level of quality. This Hilton is the exception as it’s outdated, old and poorly maintained in all aspects. My had used shampoo in the shower, light switch did not work, AC was not working and very noisy, the General condition of the room was much below reasonable expectations. The hotel staff was friendly and service oriented. Would not recommend this hotel at all

Et rigtig godt hotel, ligger perfekt, med busforbindelse lige udenfor døren. God morgenmad. Interiør er begyndt at se lidt slidt ud, men personalet gør et fantastisk arbejde for at holde det op til Hilton standard. Absolut anbefalelsesværdig.

Mørkt og nedslidt hotel
Et hotel som er meget slidt, trænger til en større renovering. Generelt virker hotellet mørkt. Flere steder var der revner ved døre og paneler. Værelsene er ok, men mørke. Mens vi var der stod flere ting opbevaret på gangen, så gangen virkede rodet og beskidt. Personalet er søde og venlige. Hotellet ligger tæt på metro og busser ind til centrum.

Ok til prisen.
Overnattede 4 nætter i dobbeltværelse. Meget småt og meget slidt Og skrammet værelse. God, høj seng med dobbeltdyne, der dog var for lille til dynebetrækket. Badeværelse var funktionelt, kæmpe håndklæder, men småt og uden ordentlig udluftning. Skøn morgenbuffet med stort udvalg, bar dog præg af manglende opfyldning pga. travlhed. Serviceminded personale.

Lovely and warm stay.
Most beautiful area in London. The hotel is fine and accessible, the service is impeccable. They should interior design the lounge area though, the bar was fine. The room was quiet and clean med felt homely. We had a great stay and are coming back very soon, for sure.

There is no air conditioning. The food at the restaurant is very good. You can catch a bus right by the hotel to go downtown, and the Oxford Tube as well. This hotel is good value for the money.

The rooms were a little tired and the bed was super lumpy but overall it was a reasonably priced hotel right next to Westfield in Shepherd’s Bush. We had a room at the back so it was nice and quiet. Can’t really complain. The chap at the check in desk was super friendly as well.

Das Hotel ist leider ganz schön in die Jahre gekommen, weshalb die Sanitär Einrichtungen nicht mehr gut aussehen. Bei Regen war das Getröpfel sehr laut und hat einen, wenn man ein Leichtschläfer ist, leider wachgehalten. Für ein Hiltonhotel, dass unteranderem 4 Sterne hat, bin ich normalerweise mehr gewohnt. Das Personal war aber sehr nett und zuvorkommend.

We had to have a amount of money taken off my card while staying and now 7 hrs later this hotel still hold onto my money it’s a disgrace il think twice about ever staying at Hilton Kensington again

The hotel was ideal for accessing the underground in a short walking distance. The hotel staff were friendly. The room was clean, bed very comfortable. The only downside was the bathroom. Very small and the showers water pressure was lacking and the shower head and hose suffered from leaking water.

Hotel room was tired in need of renovation we stayed in room 1110. There was no shower gel but instead we had two shampoos and an empty bottle of conditioner in the shower. The water was running all night in the toilet which meant we were kept awake all night and the lid of the cistern had a big crack in it. Next to the fire detector the was a panel of wires with no cover which is dangerous we reported it and spoke to the duty manager and the maintenance team came and added a cover but surely this should have been noticed before any one stayed in the room. There desk chair also in the room has seen better days and needs replacing. Happy to share the photos and videos that we have. The stay easy value for money due to the room
