Slidt og indelugtende
Meget slidt hotel. Der lugtede af mug på værelset, de havde glemt at skifte sengetøjet på sovesofaen og rengøringen var ikke særlig god. Ikke et sted jeg nogensinde vil overnatte igen. Eneste plus var, at der var tæt på lufthavnen. Vi havde kun en overnatning og skulle flyve videre morgenen efter.

Confortable and effective - a new airport hotel that just works. No frills, no spectacular... but nice and efficient - and good service in restaurant

Almindelig Hilton Garden Inn standard. Perfekt til en enkelt overnatning på rejsen. Manglede info om at adgang sker via Terminal 2. Det blev en 15 minutter gåtur med kuffert via gang-tunnel fra Terminal 3 til 2.

Bar on the top floor is fun. Rooms are crisp and well laid out. Staff is friendly and professional. Terminal 3 is farther away than you think. Give yourself plenty of time to get from the hotel to check in.

The Hilton Garden Inn at Heathrow is a fantastic property. Being located near both terminal 2 and terminal 3 makes it a great location for catching a departing flight.

We like being able to stay at the airport, so there is no fretting about missing the flight home, when we’re overseas.

Brand new hotel is super comfortable, well maintained, with friendly staff. The lobby is quite small, it's not a typical hotel with a large open lobby and a restaurant. Though I was told there was a restaurant, I never saw it. Likely on another level/floor. Otherwise it was quite convenient for a business traveler in and out of London. I did go into London as well, which was quite easy as there is quick access to the Picadilly Subway Line (45 minutes to London Central) as well as the Paddington Express (15-20 minutes into Central London) You can gain easy access to the Public Transport without having to deal with the elements as it is all covered. Additionally, the hotel is best suited to people leaving or coming into Terminal 2.

Perfect place to stay for an early flight from Heathrow! And the Runway Bar on the 14th floor is amazing. So fun to watch the planes come and go!

There staff are not native English speakers. I could not understand the man who checked me in to hotel. I could not understand the bar personnel. I have been traveling to U.K. for 53 years so it the terrible English is real.

If you don’t want to worry about transportation to the airport, this is the place to stay. Clean, modern, on site restaurant and walkable to the airport. This is our go to when we do business travel to Heathrow.

We had been in England for a cruise and needed to stay an extra night. This was very convenient for us to stay overnight and catch our plane in the morning. Everything was lovely. Dinner was nice in the restaurant. The rooftop bar was fun to be able to look over the airport and city. The laundry services were a huge bonus.

You stay here when you have to! Can't beat the convenience for flights in and out of terminal 2. Get the room service - expensive as it always is, but a nice treat and enjoy the view of planes coming in if you've got a high floor view. We had a family room, good size. Comfortable beds. Excellent shower, wonderful water pressure! Good quality bathroom amenities included, shampoo and conditioner, body wash and lotion.

The hotel was very convenient for getting to Terminal 2. However, I didn’t realise there were two Garden Inn Hotels with the same name and was taken to the wrong one by my taxi driver, which caused anxiety and an additional taxi fare. Maybe, this could be rectified somehow or made clearer for travellers.
