Fint sted, men rengøring kunne være lidt bedre
fint sted, godt placeret. Den eneste ting var omkring deres rengøring: de gjorde rent en dag mens vi har det og der så pænt ud, men de beskidte lagner var bare blevet lagt på igen og ikke udskiftet. Vær også opmærksom på at der lige overfor hotellet er en ambulance central, så der kan ses og høres ambulancer på alle tidspunkter på døgnet.

Pænt, rent, forholdsvis centralt
Ulemper: Morgenmad var til den kedelige side. Det samme restauranter i nærheden. Generelt en uinteressant område. Fordele: flot hotel, med rene pæne værelser, tæt på offentlig transport (3 tog/ Metro stationer og adskillige busser). Det var meget nemt og hurtig, at komme rundt omkring i byen, til de mere attraktive steder.

Fint hotel lidt slidt men under renovering så det bliver godt igen som sidst jeg var der, morgenmad god uden at være prangende.

Dejligt ophold. God service og meget centralt. Vi kunne gå til Big ben. Sengen og puderne var lidt hårde men det gik. God morgenmad. Hotellet ligger også i nærheden af små supermarkeder så man kan handle ind til lidt frokost. Mange små og hose spise steder i nærheden. Lower marsh market er bestemt hyggelig at slentre ned af og hvis man kan finde tunellen med al grafittien er den også værd at gå igennem.

The hotel is two blocks from a train station, and a short walk to the London Eye, Westminster Bridge, and Big Ben. The room was clean and good sized for London. The free breakfast was awesome with lots to choose from. Every staff member I met with was very friendly and eager to help.

Breakfast was cold both mornings despite being under so called heaters. Only scrambled eggs available and no tomatoes. Great choice if you preferred something other than 'Full English'

Basically alright, but in terms of cleanliness of the room, this hotel doesn’t deserve a good reputation. There was a used contact lens on the duvet and the glass wasn’t clean at all. Other than that, it was a fair stay.

The hotel was very conveniently located near the Waterloo station, so getting everywhere was very easy. The hotel itself was nice. Room was very small which was a little uncomfortable for two adults & child, but served its purpose. Mattresses were not very comfortable. Breakfast had a wide variety of items. Staff was very friendly and helpful when asked. We did have the fire alarm go off three times while there - all false alarms. The staff handled them efficiently, but guests were not pleased it happened so often in a short period of time.

The hotel was good for the most part. There was a small incident that caused me to downgrade my review. We were woken up in the middle of the night by a fire alarm. The staff was running down the halls saying it wasn’t a drill. We had to gather our shoes and go outside. About the time we got to the stairs, they said it was a false alarm. No sooner than we got back in the bed, the alarm was triggered again. We weren’t offered any compensation or goodwill because of the incident.

Great location for walking easily to Waterloo station. Able to walk easily to the Thames and wander along to most of the big sight seeing attractions. National theatre and the old Vic are essentially next door and lots of really nice eating spots surrounding it. The breakfast was nice with lots of options. Bed was comfortable enough, basic tv, internet was a bit slow but maybe was just our room location. We had brilliant views of the eye, then we had to move due to a broken shower but there were no issues with that, and the new room we were given had brilliant views of the Shard. Staff were lovely and very helpful.

Nice hotel , short distance from Waterloo station. Felt safe in the area . Hotel was clean , modern, nice room and toiletries and plenty of options at the complementary breakfast. The waffle stand went down well with the children
