Soft towels and fresh sheets are ready to ensure your comfort, making it a true retreat after a day of exploring the city.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

The area is renowned for its vibrant atmosphere, diverse dining options, and charming canals. It's a perfect spot for those who love to explore the city's rich cultural and historical sites.

.Conveniently located near Paddington Station, a key transport hub providing access to the Bakerloo, Circle, District, and Hammersmith & City Lines. Lancaster Gate Station is also a short walk away, making it easy to navigate the city. Buses and taxis are readily available for your convenience.


Please note: The property is close to Paddington Train Station, where improvement works are currently underway. Some nighttime maintenance noise may be experienced while these works are ongoing. The schedule is designed to reduce disruption to travellers, with works planned during periods when trains are not running. The works are expected to continue until approximately October/November. Thank you for your understanding.

This property is a self-check-in property. You can check in at any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.).

Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.

We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
