Here, neutral tones and wooden tile accents create a calming retreat. The second bedroom is also located downstairs, together with a second bathroom containing a bathtub and shower.

The private patio offers a tranquil outdoor space with wicker furniture, ideal for enjoying morning coffee or relaxing in the evening amid lush greenery.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

Located in the charming district of Wandsworth Park and Putney Heath, the home is surrounded by a vibrant community known for its riverside walks and lively high street. Explore an array of local eateries, boutique shops, and the beautiful Putney Heath. This neighbourhood is ideal for those seeking a balance of city life and natural beauty.

Conveniently located near Putney Station, which offers quick access to central London via South Western Railway. East Putney Underground Station is also nearby, connecting you to the District Line. Multiple bus routes make exploring the city easy and efficient.

Please note that a school backs onto the courtyard, so you may hear some noise during school hours.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.).

Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.

We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
