This lovely 121m2 house has everything you need for a pleasant stay. The living room is furnished with a sitting area, a TV to watch all your favourite shows and a dining table. It is also generously lit, perfect for sharing moments with your group.

The area includes floor-to-ceiling windows that lead onto a backyard where you can fully relax.

The kitchen includes appliances, essential cookware, and crockery to fulfil culinary requirements. A washer is available for your laundry needs.

The three upstairs bedrooms are furnished with a double bed each and equipped with hotel-quality linens, ensuring a restful night's sleep.

The bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience.

The house is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

I live close by and am happy to help whenever I'm around, but when I'm not, there is a 24/7 on-call concierge service that can assist you any time of the day.

Mitcham, in South London’s Borough of Merton, is a residential neighborhood known for its green spaces, particularly Mitcham Common, which offers plenty of room for outdoor activities. The area features a mix of Victorian and modern homes, making it popular among families and professionals alike. Mitcham has a friendly, community-oriented feel with local shops, cafes, and one of London’s oldest markets.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest train station, Mitcham Junction, is just a 14-minute walk.

London Gatwick Airport is a 47-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).

Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.

We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
