    This is an exceptionally modern and stylish two-bedroom flat set within a charming and private mews-style development. Tucked behind an attractive brick façade, the building has architectural character, while the apartment offers a strikingly modern, design-led interior finished to a high standard. Chic, spacious, and thoughtfully curated, the property combines high-end components with elegantly designed personal touches, creating a space that feels both luxurious and effortlessly comfortable. Ideal for working professionals or couples wanting a stylish home close to the City, Old Street and Angel. It is also well-suited to a small family seeking a beautifully finished flat in a peaceful yet very well-connected London location.



    The Space:

    As you enter, the flat opens into a beautifully proportioned open-plan living, kitchen and dining area. The layout is cleverly designed so that each space sits privately within its own corner. It is both sociable and practical, ideal for entertaining or quiet evenings at home.



    The living room is very spacious, finished with herringbone wooden flooring and sophisticated furnishings. Bespoke shelving and feature walls add personality and depth, while carefully chosen interiors add to the contemporary backdrop. There is also a large flat-screen TV. The kitchen is sleek and architectural in design, fitted with high-spec appliances and digital designs throughout. Everything has been considered both for aesthetics and functionality, from the built-in ovens and appliances to high-quality cabinet storage. It is both sleek and practical.



    The master bedroom is particularly impressive and naturally bright. Exceptionally spacious and uncluttered, it offers perfect space, fitted with a king-sized bed, generous storage and direct access to a private balcony, a wonderful feature for London flats. The en-suite bathroom is finished to a brilliant standard, with modern, sleek fittings and a deep bathtub.

    Throughout the apartment, the attention to detail is very evident, and the flat is effortlessly comfortable. It is a true home away from home, in a brilliant London location.

    Albion Yard is ideally positioned between Islington and Shoreditch, offering the best of both worlds. Right next to King's Cross, the flat is situated in a peaceful and tucked-away yard, but moments from vibrant streets filled with independent shops, restaurants and cultural venues. It is a lively and popular part of North London, especially with professionals and creatives alike.

    Also very close by to King's Cross is St. Pancras Underground Station, which serves the Northern, Piccadilly, Victoria, Circle, Metropolitan and Hammersmith & City lines, making it incredibly easy to reach anywhere across London and beyond.



    Other nearby Underground options within walking distance include Euston and Angel.



    This location is exceptionally well-connected, effectively one of London’s main transport hubs. You can be in the City, West End, Canary Wharf or Heathrow Airport via Euston and Underground connections.

    Please note that we provide small bottles of shampoo, shower gel, soap, moisturiser and loo roll for the beginning of all our guest stays and once the products are finished, we kindly ask our guests to provide their own thereafter.



    Please note the property will be prepared by our professional cleaners, using hotel-quality linen and towels.



    Please note that there may occasionally be some minor works taking place, which can result in intermittent drilling noise. However, these works are not continuous and do not occur every day.



    Please note that Albion Yard requires 'quiet hours'. Noise is to be minimised between 9:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. Residents are expected to keep music, TVs, etc., low during these times to avoid disturbing neighbours.



    Please note that the property is on the first floor, up one small flight of stairs. Once you are inside the property, it is all on one level.



    If the booking is 14 days or more, we require a mid-stay clean at an additional cost (the price is dependent on property size). Payment will be taken at the time of the booking and the mid-stay clean includes both a clean and linen change.



    We can also arrange any additional cleans regardless of the length of the booking upon request.



    Please note that check-in is between 3pm and 8pm. Early and late check-ins as well as late check-outs are available on request for an additional fee. Please note that check-ins after 8pm must require a personal check-in at an additional fee.



    Where a check in is on a UK bank holiday, there may be an additional surcharge on the cleaning fee as well as an additional cost for a personal check-in.  Please enquire for additional information on this when booking.



    The lead guest booking the property must be 25+ years old.
