For me the most practical hotel to stay in. But breakfast is average. A lot of noice from the street if you have rooms in one part of the hotel. Service has to be better. Was happy for early check in though

Super søde personale, de tog godt i mod os og var meget behjælpelige. Breakfast var til flere allergier, hvilket jeg og min veninde var rigtig glade for. Ingen toilet bøster på toiletteterne

Det er et lækkert hotel lokaliseret tæt på en metrostation og små supermarkeder samt spisesteder. Smilende og hjælpsomt personale, det gerne svarer på diverse spørgsmål

Didn’t like the notice warning about car smashing on the road you could park for free conveniently directing you to opt for paid parking at the hotel. We parked our Tesla on the road, it was fine.

The breakfast buffet was cold- very disappointing for the amount of money you pay to have cold eggs, sorta warm beans, cold hash brown. Just disappointed. Coffee was extremely bitter. I also have asthma and it was aggravated by the smells when you first walk into the hotel. The cleaners they use are harsh and it made it extremely difficult for me to breathe. Our coffee machine did not work, our shower did not drain. Our room was nice and big, and staff was very nice.

Tv come didn’t work. In room. Bar fridge did not work. Bathtub switch selector for shower tap wouldn’t turn the shower off. Bed was comfortable.

All good with room, hand soap dispenser not working, this was remedied on day two. Checkout was a farce, receptionist took ages to summarise the account and eventually produced an invoice for checking. System needs upgrading.

Main complaint was the tv did not function and when a member of staff came to sort it out he said there was no way it was ever going to work for a guest

Amazing staff. Very friendly and helpful. Easy parking (although expensive). Amazing tube route. The only thing i would say is attention to detail in room with regards to cleaning, some spots missed and looked tired. Apart from that, would highly recommend and would absolutely stay again.

I didn't realize I was getting a deluxe, large room with wlll-to-wall windows and very large bath with separate large walk-in shower as well as a bathtub.Bedding, pillows, and towels were top-quality. Internet worked fine and the room had plenty of outlets to recharge everything. The first night there was not enough heat. An Engineer came right away and provided a portable heater while they restarted the heat, and also replaced a light bulb in the ceiling that I had not even asked about. The hotel has an excellent breakfast buffet and is very convenient for meetings at BSI. I have stayed there several times before and would definitely stay there again.

Hotel was in a good location and had all the amenities that were needed for a good stay. Room service could have been easier to figure out as there were misleading instructions. The bathroom could use a paint update. Overall, a perfectly fine hotel.

Awful, awful customer service
Stayed before and never had an issue, but awful experience completely down to poor customer service. Arrived just before 3pm and the room wasn’t ready. We completely understood, left our bags and said that we would return later (after being told the room would be ready by 3pm). Returned just before 6pm, the lady on reception was clearly padding so I asked whether the room was ready and was assured that it was. After 5 more minutes of padding we were offered complimentary drinks at the bar whilst the “room was prepared.” I declined on the basis that we had been told the room was ready and had a child with us and no desire to sit in the bar, plus it was 3 hours after check-in time and we had already been lied to so we’re pretty annoyed by that point. I was then told that the problem was that I’d booked an executive family room and the group before us had booked a late check-out. Absolutely not I’m afraid. Not one part of the issue was down to what room I had booked - I had booked, and paid for, a room which was advertised as available. Something which I highlighted to the receptionist. I was then offered a room with a double and single bed and was told that it was the same type of room. Again, absolutely not! It is at least 2 levels below in terms of size and price, something the receptionist denied (but the website doesn’t). After standing our ground the room we had booked miraculously became available. At no point did we get an apology.

The hotel room was colder than I was comfortable being in, even with layers of clothes. It was during early winter, but limiting the thermostat was not satisfactory for me.

Just returned from a lovely stay at the Clayton, staff cannot do enough and are extremely helpful, hotel is lovely and clean,we stayed in an executive family room (2 adults and a 10 year old) room was lovely and spacious, my son couldn't get over tbe fact he had his own TV and bath robe, we had a beautiful evening meal, hotel is within 5 minutes walk of gunnersby tube station,would highly recommend and will definitely be back
