10/10
My wife, son (11) and I stayed here for a few days, while we were in London to see a play, and visit some sights.
The location is great, on a quiet side street, but near a tube stop with plenty of connections, several grocery stores, and even walking distance to the Museum of Natural History, and the V&A. There's also a nice shopping/restaurant plaza by the South Kensington station.
You do have to walk up one floor to reach the elevator. Also, despite the street being quiet, we found the windows let in a lot of noise (pigeons, rain, etc.). Normally this wouldn't bother us, but, with the jet lag for such a short stay, it did keep us up a couple nights.
The apartment was nice, with a decent amount of space. The kitchen seemed well appointed, although we didn't stay long enough to make much use of it. Communication with the management was smooth and they were quick to reply.
Overall, a nice place, and we'd be happy to stay there again.
