    Welcome to our cosy 32 m² studio apartment in the heart of Central London, perfectly located for exploring some of the city’s most famous sights on foot.

    The London Eye is around a 10-minute walk away, while the Houses of Parliament are approximately 15 minutes away. Waterloo Station is also within easy walking distance, giving you excellent access to trains and public transport across London.

    From the apartment, you can also walk towards Leicester Square, Trafalgar Square and Soho, making this a convenient base for sightseeing, restaurants, theatres, shopping and London’s nightlife.

    The studio is designed to give you everything you need for a comfortable city break, whether you’re visiting London for a few nights or staying a little longer.

    🚆 A convenient location — with an important note for light sleepers

    One of the advantages of the apartment is its proximity to Waterloo and the railway network, making getting around London particularly easy. However, because the apartment is close to the railway, some guests who are very sensitive to noise may hear trains, particularly at quieter times.

    For this reason, earplugs are provided in the apartment for guests who are light sleepers.

    ❄️ Please note about heating

    The apartment does not have central or gas heating. Heating and hot water are provided electrically. During the colder winter months, the apartment can therefore feel cooler than a property with conventional central heating.

    We want to be transparent about this so you can decide whether the apartment is right for you before booking.
