Urtolig snavset og mug i alle vinduer og på badeværelset. Vi fik først et værelse i kælderen, men måtte bede om et nyt, da der var så fugtigt og muggent på alle vægge, at vi fik hovedpine og ikke kunne trække vejret. Vi bad om et andet værelse og fik det, med det samme. Personalet var utrolig søde og hjælpsomme.

Had to wait approximately 15 minutes with checking in, since the receptionist was discussing with a customer, who couldn't get any WiFi reception in his room... He eventually threatened to check him out, of he didn't go to his room... Secondly when we got to the room there were no toiletries, as stated in the description, the receptionist said it was due to COVID-19, which makes no sense. He then referred us to Tesco to buy something ourselves. At last there was only one power plug adapter in the room, so only one of us could charge our phones at a time, and it had to be in a certain position for it to work. We contacted the receptionist about it, and he told us it was not their problem, and that we were lucky to have one. No airconditioning in the room at all, which was quite unbearable in the heat. No cleaning was done at all in the three days of out stay, eventhough it was mentioned it would be done daily. The towels weren't changed either. Overall quite bad experience with terrible service

Helt igennem forfærdeligt, ingen service, dem der arbejdede på hotellet snakkede næsten ikke engelsk og så kunne man høre ALT hvad der skete på hele hotellet og uden for hotellet. Og sidst men ikke mindst så har se trukket penge fra vores ophold på hotellet to gange og pengene er ikke kommet tilbage på vores konto..

Slidt og ubehageligt hotel
Var der i 4 dage. Måtte skifte værelse da værelserne i kælderen er slemt fugtige. Værelserne er meget slidte og gardiner kan ikke mørklægge vinduer. Restauranten er beskidt og maden yderst trist. Mogenmaden var under gennemsnit og udvalget lille. Området er pt. med stor byggeplads både foran og bagved hotel som ikke kan gå uset hen mht. støjen.

Ok hotel
Det er et udmærket hotel. Personalet er ikke så imødekommende. Rengøringen er i top, men værelserne er måske ikke helt så flotte. Det ligger er rimeligt skummelt sted, lidt ghetto agtigt, men transport mulighederne er gode.

OK budget hotel close to Harlesden trainstation, not the most charming location but a good base for visits to the northwest of London.

Det levede ikke op til vores forventninger.og var ikke i overensstemmelse med de billeder vi havde set. Personalet var negative og svære at få fat på. Morgen buffe bestod af tomme og halvtomme fade. Den var virkelig mangelfuld.

Billigt med god service
Hotellet lå NW10 så lidt udenfor London Central og med en lille gåtur til stationen Harlesden men området var okay dog lidt svært at finde vej 1.gang. Personalet var yderst serviceminded og søde. De hentede ovenikøbet skummetmælk til min søn der ikke kan tåle sødmælk to morgener i træk så han kunne få cornflakes. Delte badeværelser på gangen men okay fordi de var rene og aldrig optaget. Eneste ting jeg vil sørge for næste gang er at få et ikke-ryger rum og det forhåbentligt også på en gang hvor der ikke bliver røget i nogen af værelserne. Restaurant er den lokale pub hvor der kan købes aftensmad hvor de var rigtige søde og snakkede meget med os. En smule larm fra pubben i weekenden men ikke noget særligt. Vi købte adapter i receptionen, brugte internet og lånte føntørrer uden problemer. Vil helt sikkert gentage en anden gang.

hotelet var ca 100 år gammel og det kunne man også godt fornæmme,det var nedslidt og tæpper burde udskiftes og der er maling på dørhånstag,jeg synes de billeder der er taget og ligger på hotelet hjemmeside er misvisende.hilsen lars

Okay, hvis man bare skal overnatte
Hotellet er ganske fint, hvis man bare skal sove der. Værelserne er ikke særligt store, og der er en mærkelig lugt, når man kommer ind på værelset. Men der er en super service og god mad. Kan også kun sige go til baren. Så til prisen, er det et meget godt hotel.

In terms of the staff, they were okay, the receptionist mostly. The barman during the day was very limited in communication and spent the time for the hour we were in there constantly playing with the different TV channels on the different TVs in the bar. He also was in and out on his phone. It was a quiet period, granted, but we felt like an inconvenience, this from my perception. Just the odd positive gesture. I get the cost was not majorly expensive, but I would expect a 3 star hotel to be better well-look after and maintained, especially the rooms, and the so-called 'en-suite' I feel the promotional pictures absolutely falsely advertise the quality of the property, inside and out. The accommodation was awful, with the decoration uncared for. Again, for a 3 star hotel it was like going back to the 70's with extremely poor cleanliness. The 'ensuite' shower nozzle would not stay upright when showering, so had to get it maintained, which happened instantly which was good! However, do the cleaners and maintenance on duty not check off rooms when vacated to report problems and correct them, preventing any further concerns? The bed was like sleeping on a table, we all have different preferences, I get that, but this was in another category of uncomfortable. Electrical sockets - well, some worked and another I could not even plug into. The shower and sink tap temperature were awful, only offering a tepid temp after running for so long. Late reception staff - moody!

Stayed for one night in order to watch England ladies football at Wembley Stadium. Trains were on strike so decided to drive up and stay over. It is very convenient for Wembley. No.18 bus straight there from across the road! The bar was still open when we got back which was great, a fine selection of beers and spirits. Free parking was a bonus and allowed us to pop back the next day to look around the Designer Outlet stores. Hotel is tired but breakfast wasn’t too bad. I think it’s time you provided sachets of coffee including decaf coffee and not have the jug of coffee which just gets a bitter taste the longer it’s left. (Decaf tea too if anyone wants that as well). I would suggest getting a room at a time renovated and you will have a real winner on your hands.

I was surprised there was no shower wash bits. As I came by train and travelled as light as possible. But luckily there is a Tesco express 2 minute walk for anything you forget. It’s convenient for Wembley as right opposite the hotel is a bus that takes you straight there and runs late for return. Nice bar in hotel very friendly staff

The hotel is a typical London budget hotel, reception looks fine, but rooms, although clean are very tired, the restaurant was closed, all outside areas closed. Not many options for food and drink without getting a cab. Could be an amazing property if the owners invested in the place.

Never Again
This place really needs some renovation and needs to shut down until it does. Nothing is up to standard and I wonder how places like these are even allowed to be open. In the 2 rooms I've seen (I asked to change the first one because it was just gross) the carpet was damaged and smelly; there was mould and damp on the walls, the furniture was old, dirty and generally in a state that you don't really want to touch anything. Curtains and windows were dirty and the room was way too hot, despite turning the heating off and opening the window. The sink in the bathroom was blocked and the tv on top of the wardrobe was so tiny and in a state that I didn't even consider turning it on. The shared bathrooms showed signs of some sort of regular cleaning, but the standards are appalling. There was grim and limescales everywhere and no soap. Showers are small and don't work well (I tested 3 before choosing the "best"), and even there you might happen to touch things you don't want to. To be honest it's also the people being there that don't care much about the place (probably because of the way it looks), which makes it even less pleasant. The person running the place was kind and tried to help to a certain extent, but this didn't compensate for the horrible service you get overall. Luckily it was just for one night (I wouldn't have chosen it for longer, in the first place), but the price is way too much for what you get, including the location, which is not the best.

C’è poco da dire. Un film dell’ orrore, non è assolutamente un hotel adatto ad un viaggiatore europeo. Veramente tutto troppo vecchio e sporco. Ho avuto paura a dormire su quel letto. Mai vista una cosa simile. Staff gentile ma non basta. Sconsiglio vivamente non rovinatevi questo splendido soggiorno a Londra.

Cheap and cheerful.
Clean and warm, I slept well. The place could do with a lick of paint. Single rooms on the front of the hotel suffer from road noise but the rooms to the rear are quiet in my experience. Front counter staff were very friendly and welcoming.

Just don't.
Room felt dirty, bed was uncomfortable, shower had to be turned off by staff because it would ONLY turn on. The bathroom wasn't even in the room. Half the lights in the room didn't work. The first staff person was rude, the second was alright. I've been to many hotels around the world and this might be top 2 worst I've ever stayed in. We couldn't help but laugh at how bad it seemed
