    Sleeping Arrangements

    The apartment features two comfortable double bedrooms, thoughtfully arranged to help you settle in and feel at home.

    The first bedroom is a bright and versatile space with a comfortable double bed, plenty of natural light, and useful storage for your belongings. A dedicated workspace with a desk and mirror makes it especially convenient for guests working remotely or needing a quiet corner to catch up on emails during their stay.

    The second bedroom offers another inviting double bed, storage space, and a calm atmosphere ideal for unwinding after a day exploring the city.

    Whether you're travelling for work or leisure, the layout works well for groups wanting both shared space and privacy.

    Bathrooms

    The flat includes two modern bathrooms, giving guests extra flexibility during their stay.

    One bathroom features a bathtub, perfect for relaxing after a busy day out, while the second includes a walk-in shower for a quick and refreshing start to the day.

    Fresh towels, bed linen, and travel-size toiletries are provided to help make arrival easy and comfortable.

    Please note that one of the showers can occasionally take a little patience when adjusting the temperature. Most guests find the second shower the easiest option for everyday use.

    The fully equipped kitchen is set up for everything from a quick morning coffee to preparing a full meal at home.

    You’ll find all the essentials needed during your stay, including an oven and electric hob, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, cookware, utensils, crockery, and dining items.

    Enjoy breakfast before heading out, cook a relaxed dinner in the evening, or bring back takeaway from one of the many nearby spots and enjoy a cosy night in.

    The apartment includes a range of practical extras to make longer stays feel effortless.

    Guests have access to fast WiFi throughout the property, a washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, vacuum cleaner, and everything needed for day-to-day comfort.

    For quieter evenings, there is also a TV with online apps and internet channels, ideal for winding down after a day in the city.

    Prime Location: Located 12 km from London City Airport, the property is close to Lewisham (DLR), St Johns Station, The Talbot Pub (over the road), Brockley Farmers Market (Saturday Mornings). The area is highly rated for its public transport options and ease of travel into the centre (London Bridge 9 Minutes) and to Canary Wharf on the DLR.

    You will have access to the entire apartment and the shared garden.

    - One of the showers might not be up to its best, especially when it comes to getting that perfect hot water temperature. We suggest opting for the other shower to ensure a more comfortable experience
    - Please also be informed that the garden downstairs does not privately belong to the property although it is accessible to guests

    The apartment may be less suitable for guests with significant mobility difficulties or wheelchair users.

    * Standard check-in time is 3pm onwards, and check-out time is before 11am.
    * Please note that a minimum of £100 will be charged for misplaced, lost or damaged keys - please be careful with them

    * The property is cleaned and is set up to be remote access.
    * The linen and towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies.
    *Mid-stay cleaning sessions/linen can be organised on request for additional charge

    *Our lovely neighbors have families and need to protect them so if there is any excessive noise or music at antisocial hours, we will be notified and so will the local council. Please be sure to respect this wonderful community of neighbors.

    The local community-based Pass the Keys® team personally inspects the property and certifies the home has met Pass the Keys® Property Readiness Standard.

    IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

    The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

    Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
