The space

Set in the peaceful neighborhood of Kew, this 2-bedroom apartment offers a balance of quiet surroundings and easy access to central attractions. With trains from nearby Kew Gardens and Richmond stations reaching London Waterloo in about 20 minutes, you’re well connected while still enjoying a more relaxed setting. The River Thames, Royal Botanic Gardens, and Richmond’s cafés and pubs are all within walking distance.



Sleeping arrangements

Designed to accommodate up to 9 guests, the apartment features two bedrooms, each with two double beds. The living room includes a sofa bed, providing additional sleeping flexibility. Room-darkening shades and practical storage help make your stay comfortable and organized.



Bathrooms

A full bathroom includes both a walk-in shower and a freestanding bathtub, offering options for a quick refresh or a longer soak. A separate toilet adds convenience, especially for larger groups. Bathroom essentials are provided.



Kitchen & dining

The kitchen provides a dedicated space where you can cook your own meals, with appliances including a microwave, freezer, other electric stove, and oven. A dining table offers a place to gather for meals or conversation throughout your stay.

Amenities & convenience

You’ll have access to a washer and a free dryer - in unit, along with bed linens and an iron. Families can request a Pack ’n play/Travel crib if needed. Safety features include a smoke alarm and carbon monoxide alarm. Self check-in with a keypad allows for a smooth arrival.

Paid parking garage off premises is available if you’re traveling by car.

As part of our standard guest verification process, guests may be required to choose one of the following options prior to check-in to cover any accidental damage that may occur during their stay:



A non-refundable Damage Waiver of 8.4 GBP per night,

* A refundable 500 GBP Security Deposit



If you choose the Security Deposit option, please note the following:



💳 A temporary authorization hold will be placed on your payment method 2 days before check-in.

✅ If no damage is reported, the hold will be automatically released 2 days after check-out.

🔁 For longer stays, the authorization hold will be renewed every 7 days to ensure coverage for the full duration of your reservation.
