No window
I was a bit disapointed that i had a room without any window, when I should stay at 1. floor. I don´t like rooms without window. and I think the price was high compared to a room without a window.

Fantastiske, men puderne…
Fantastisk bekvemt. Lille værelse og ingen vinduer, men lå ved ankomsten i Terminal 3 og rigtig god velkomst. Eneste minus er elendige og alt for store (høje) puder, der måske er gode til rygstøtte når man ser TV men ikke egnet til at sove med!

Stylist, new and smack by take off.
A neet and modern and comfertable room. A shower curtain would be nice to stop the water on the bathroom floor. The dunets were a bit on the warm side. But all in all we loved are stay so close to take off in terminal 3.

I paid almost £165 to stay at Aerotel Heathrow ahead of my flight this morning. Upon first impressions, I was pleased with the cleanliness of the hotel and the facilities available to guests. However, the location of the hotel doesn't leave you with much choice in terms of things to do or places to eat and drink if you'll be staying at the hotel overnight. In addition, I was absolutely sickened to pull back the duvet to find hairs, stains and what looked like either blood or tomato-based food stains on the bedding. I ended up having to have my bedding changed at 1.15am - 1.30pm. The manager was very helpful and apologetic. She offered me a change of room but as I'd already unpacked and had a morning flight, this option didn't appeal to me. To top it off, the TV didn't work at all - the stream was lost - and not even the manager could get it working. Take my advice and stay at the Hilton Garden hotel instead. I will definitely be submitting a complaint about my experience at this hotel.

Much needed rest was found at this hotel. Please note rates were significantly lower last minute, which was kind of a bummer, but the hotel was quiet and we appreciated the clean facilities!

Worst issue: Shower didn't drain. If I hadn't cut my shower short it would have flooded the whole room. Rooms small. Breakfast is just a bag of pre-packaged items.

I always try and opt for this hotel when flying from Heathrow. The rooms are a little on the small side but always clean and functional. Always a bottle of water placed in the room as well as tea and coffee. Bed is comfortable. The only slight issue is that the cost of the rooms have gone up quite a bit but to be fair so have a lot of other Airport hotels. I would always opt for this hotel!

I have used this hotels several times before. I like the fact that it is in Terminal 3 and is conveniently located just as you exit Arrivals. It’s useful for me to spend the night there after a long flight before I continue my journey to South Wales the next morning.

This was extremely convenient for an early flight. I wish we had known that the inside walkway was closed, but it wasn't a big problem to go outside to access the terminal.

I liked everything from its convenient location within the airport, wonderful shower, small yet efficient room and furnishings, friendy, courteous staff, wonderful selection of organic, gluten free, and other incredibly healthy meals located next door to hotel at M & S Store plus a wonderful Italian Café across from M& S Store.

Rather than get up very early on a Monday to get to Heathrow, we decided to book a room at the Aerotel. It took some time to find the hotel after disembarking from the Heathrow Express. First there are signs, then there aren't signs so you keep walking and hope you can find it. Seeing the final sign at the entrance was a relief. The "lobby" opens right into terminal 3. Check in was lovely, a very nice woman helped us. We had a "family room" with 2 beds and I found the size adequate for two people and 3 large bags. The room was set up with complimentary waters, instant coffee, tea, and hot chocolate. There were also some sandwiches and snacks available for purchase in the lobby. The room was quiet, which was great for our needs. As others have mentioned, there are two green lights in the ceiling and they were a bit distracting. There are no windows, but not a great loss as we just needed to sleep. Beds were comfortable, Towels were very nice, unexpectedly so. Unfortunately the body wash was out in the shower, a minor inconvenience. Getting to terminal 2 was over 20 minutes of walking from the hotel so keep that in mind as you time your departure.

Convenient for a morning flight after a long day. The tv doesn’t work. Otherwise everything is fine and adequate. Quiet. Cozy. The staff are easy.
