Centralt beliggende lejlighedshotel
Centralt beliggende. Venligt og imødekommende personale. Meget lille køkken. Generelt et ok værelse. Sofamodul under sengen, som var noget hård. Der var varmepumpe på værelset. Det tog dog lidt tid inden vi lærte den at kende og fik varme på. Meget lille badeværelse med trapper op til bruser og håndvask. Alt i alt ok forhold, der var det vi skulle bruge til 2 personer.

Great quality Mayfair apartment in a great locatio
very comfortable and spacious apartment in a great location. Would recommend having some more varied crockery (especially some mugs) and additional pillows.

Pictures Are Deceiving
If you are looking for a modern, updated, reasonably priced "hotel" in Mayfair, this is not the hotel. First, this is not a hotel--its a set of 9 apartments that are now labeled as a hotel. This is much more Airbnd vs hotel. If you go in thinking Airbnd, you will have a lovely time. There is no "service". My first interaction with the front desk person (only employee I ever say) was to ask if they could call me a cab. They advised me to walk across the street and have the Hilton Bellman call me cab. I'm sure Hilton would be happy to hear that. I asked about early check-in, not an issue if not able to accommodate, but they did state they would be able to hold my luggage in a secure area until I could check-in. This is not accurate. Luggage was just lined up against the wall--lots of luggage. Anyone could walk up and take a bag with no one being the wiser. Room was always clean, but staff did not care that the bathroom sink leaked. I mentioned it to the front desk person twice. Bed was comfortable and room was ok, but just well worn. My room door was right off the elevator, but always quiet. Just a couple a of loud moments, but it was a Saturday night so no issue.

Kindly note that we are serviced apartments and not a hotel. We apologise if there was any confusion but it is clearly mentioned on our website with detailed information about the property. We do have 24/7 reception desk and we make sure that all the issues are resolved within a timely manner. We hope that you understand that due to security reasons, we cannot leave the reception desk to call a cab, however, we can always call a private company as per request of the guest which also includes airport pick-up and drop-off. Also, we have CCTV cameras in addition to 24/7 reception desk to keep an eye on every activity happening in the surroundings and inside the building. We hope to see you again soon. Nice spacious apartment
Close to subway and bus. Quiet street with lots of pubs and restaurants nearby. Apartment had kitchen with washer/dryer and separate bedroom. We had basement apartment so no view but that wasn’t an issue for us. Not keen on shower over bath but that’s a personal preference. Not enough towels for 3 people ( did ask twice but never got any extra ). Lovely front end staff who helped with directions. Nice and warm when the weather turned cool. Would recommend 👌

Every thing was great except that when I book I chose one bed room apartment and it was not mentioned that it’s in the basement and no view to the city, also the entrance was stairs not suitable for elderly and special needs
