Apartment is on the 2nd floor of this two story home. You will have your own private outside entrance to the second floor apartment, completely separated from the 1st floor living quarters, which allows for full privacy.

2 private bedrooms with ceiling fan / air conditioning. Air Conditioning in living room. Kitchen with brand new 2022 American appliances. Full bathroom with hot water heater.
