"The room is very modern, clean and close to the city centre. Being a solo traveller it would have been peace of mind having a lock on the inside of the door and a key (it is electronic) But there were no issues while staying and I felt safe. Also the sensor lights in the room are annoying! They turn off if you dont move for a few minutes. Other than that I highly recommend the stay. It was one of the best accommodations I have stayed in with little luxury touches."

"We had an amazing stay at Villa Erbaia. Never before have we experienced a staff that in that way goes above and beyond to ensure that we have a good stay. Besides felling very welcome in the beautiful hotel, maintained with respect for the charm of the old villa - we got fantastic recommendations for the many nice restaurants nearby. Every staff member made us fell so at home and welcome. Definitely a place we will return to. - Good facilities with pool and spa - Amazing restaurants nearby,...

"Fint værelse. Men specielt at der var meget begrænset bemanding "

".The location was excellent — just a 15-minute walk from the city center and about a 25-minute walk from the train station. The host was kind, helpful, and available even at late hours. The cleanliness, bed linen, and towels were all excellent. The room was cleaned and tidied every day. The only thing that could be improved is the size of the refrigerator. It was really tiny, so a slightly larger one would have been more convenient."

"Personnel très chaleureux. Un endroit où nous sentons bien dès notre arrivée!"

"The room was very nice and the terrace with the view to the two towers was amazing. We spent many hours out there. The AC was really efficient and the bed was comfy. There were no appliances (like an Electric kettle), but it wasn’t really nexessary as there is a nice cafe on street level. Only thing that would’ve been nice to have, is a mini-fridge to keep our water cold. I will definitely book this room on my next trip to Bologna!"

"This property is very modest, probably more of a 2 star than 3. Not very clean, nobody on site for help if you need it, not the best location (a bit off the beaten path and a bit dark/secluded at night so you might not want to walk alone). No breakfast (in case you though bed and breakfast includes breakfast)."

"Super rent og pænt stort værelse. Sengen var dejlig, beliggenheden super praktisk, men der var rimelig lydt. Gudskelov var det et meget lille hotel og de andre gæster var ikke alt for larmende. "
