"Friendly Staff. Great quite property with private pool. We book 5 bedrooms, the main building has 3 bedrooms and 2 bedrooms are located on the adjacent building. All bedroom has attached private bath. De har en butler-service, som hjalp os med alt fra ekstra rengøring, transport til indpakning af figurer i træ vi havde købt, så de kunne gå direkte i bagagen på flyet. "Two years ago, my husband and I spent the last part of our honeymoon at Potato Head. We had originally booked two days, but we instantly fell in love with the friendliness and the people, the scents, the food and the plethora of experiences from light sound healing and massage to the beach club, so we ended up spending five days there.
This spring, we once again travelled from CPH, this time with our 9 month old daughter, simply because we wanted to come back to Potato Head for our baby moon, this time an entire week. While we were unsure about how it would be to be there with our daughter, this stay was even better than our first one.
We were welcomed back like old family members by staff who remembered us and made us feel at home immediately.
While the architecture and location right at the beach is amazing and unique (nothing beats their breakfast in daybeds at the infinity pool), and while the rooms are fantastic (we’ve tried the private pool suite, a single room in the studio and the sky view sanctuary), it is the attentive and friendly staff that makes the difference. Every morning at breakfast, our daughter was greeted with big, warm smiles and laughter by every single staff member. Throughout the day they came by to talk to her, walk around with her and make sure she had all the food and water she needed.
We have so many special memories from Potato Head and we cannot wait to return “home” again.

You can make laundries by yourself, which is also great. The only thing to notice is that it looks super close to the airport, so I thought it was possible to just walk to airport, but it wasn’t. They didn’t recommend me to walk, but it was 5 in the morning I needed to go to the airport, so this is maybe why, so I have no idea how it is during the day time. I paid around 10 euros for their taxi to the airport. But overall a good experience."

Når det så er sagt, så er der gang i flere reperationer, hvilket principielt er godtnok, men f.eks. os der boede under en lejlighed hvor man var ved at lave en Pergula, der var det lidt trælst at der hele dage blev hamret og boret, så det larmede voldsomt i vores lejligheder.
Pool området fandt jeg personligt noget nedslidt og ikke så godt, men andre vil måske syntes det er meget hyggeligt.
Morgen maden syntes vi var super fin, og personalet var også i top, altid smilende og sagde hej.
Generelt var hotellet rent og pænt, syntes måske ikke den daglige rengøring på værelserne var helt i top, men vi havde også dage hvor vi satte Do not desturb skiltet op.
Lyset på værelserne havde lidt sit eget liv, det var det samme for begge vores værelser. Pludseligt kunne noget lys tænde, eller slukket og der var kontakter der ikke fungerede fordi det er slidt ned, det en værelserne havde Aircon også sit eget liv :-)
Det var ikke en stor gene!
Vi havde booket 7 dage, men valgte at tage et døgn på et andet hotel for at komme væk fra byggelarmen og generelt lige se et andet sted en Kuta.
Jeg kunne godt komme tilbage til dette hotel, men nok mest som et hotel til de første overnatninger, da det er tæt på lufthavnen.
Området og bybilledet er meget til fest og farver, så hvis du kan lide festbyer, så er Kuta sikkert fin, hvis ikke, Then Get Out of Kuta :-)"
