"Der Check-in verlief reibungslos und schnell. Waren früher da und konnten spontan früher rein. Gordon war innerhalb von 5 Minuten da. Das Appartement ist sauber, modern und gemütlich eingerichtet. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Zentral gelegen kann man von dort seine Tagesausflüge starten.Einziges Manko war die Küche. Nicht weil sie klein war sondern die Angst eines Feueralarmes hat uns abgehalten dort zu kochen. Die Küche ist klein, hat aber alles was man braucht. Die Hinweisschilder...

"This holiday was amazing. We took over four apartments between 12 family members. We travelled from Manchester and Stirling. What an experience! We couldn’t have dreamt for anything more spectacular and what a setting. Everything we needed was here. Fort Augustus was such a busy little village with cafes, gift shops, a couple of pubs. "The stay was nice and the views were absolutely gorgeous but there were a few hiccups. Check out on VRBO showed 11 am but it was actually 10 am. The beds were very hard and uncomfortable. The breakfast was delicious and again, the views couldn’t be beat."

We were given the family apartment which had a bunk bed in the bedroom in addition to the queen which made it crowded. living area was comfortable and location was convenient to grocery, restaurants and shopping. "This apartment was a great place to stay for a night on our road trip around Scotland. It's clean and spacious and had all we needed (coffee, comfortable beds, etc.). The shower was a little complex to figure out, and we never entirely got it figured out, but that was the only hitch. All else was great! Thanks for a lovely spot in Inverness. P.S. the cafe next door does a lovely breakfast!"

"We had a wonderful and very relaxing stay. We were delighted to receive a room upgrade, and the hotel staff looked after us extremely well throughout our visit. The location was perfect, allowing us to explore the nearby town, enjoy some shopping, and even take a quick swim in Loch Ness. The breakfast was excellent, with a great selection and high-quality food. There was also a lovely restaurant nearby for dinner, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We enjoyed our experience so much that we decided to extend our stay by an extra night. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway in a beautiful location we didn’t expect we could find such a nice place near Loch Ness but it’s a wonderful gem tucked away and taken care by a great professional- general manager he goes beyond and above to accommodate guests. Very much recommended"
