"Lovely property, very well laid out and furnished, and well-fitted out with everything you might need for your stay. Two terraces, a large living area and separate dining area meaning plenty of space for everyone, plus well designed bedrooms and bathrooms. Fantastic location within walking distance of beach, shops, cafes/pubs, train station and the Great Orme (walking or tram), perfect for the holiday. Owners extremely responsive and helpful - even when we had an accident and had to get in...

"The property has everything a family needs in a great location for town, east and west beaches and plenty to do nearby. It would not be suitable for anyone with mobility issues. It was hard to parked outside and roads are steep."

"We had a lovely 3 day stay - location is ideal with all facilities within walking distance with a good choice of places to eat & drink.The house itself is up some steep steps. The only issue we had was the parking. We were aware of this beforehand and free parking is available outside on a first come, first served basis on one side of the street. However, the houses on that side all appear to have 'disabled parking' notices in their windows asking people not to park there. Not sure if these are...

"Wonderful home, well appointed and matched description perfectly. The house was big enough for 4 adults and a teen, we had plenty of space and never felt on top of one another. Great to have a second toilet downstairs which meant no bathroom queues.Wonderfully located with beach just a few steps away and a short drive to Llandudno and conwy.Close to local shops and great chippy - Frydayd. We loved it here and would definitely recommend and rebook."
