"The loft is cozy. The kitchen, dining area and Lounging area are all nicely modern and spacious. May need a bigger/ comfy couch. The no shoe rule helps keep the loft very clean.The hosts supply the kitchen and bathroom with everyone can possibly use/need. There were lots of electric plugs and A/C units. The bed is queen size, which was a bit snug for us as my husband is 6’; however, we slept well.We would definitely return to enjoy the loft. The hosts are very nice. "

We had to cancel at the very last minute due to the unexpected passing of my mother-in-law. Despite having no obligation to do so, Meagan was incredibly kind and accommodating in helping us reschedule. She even gifted us an additional night. "Colorful Gem is my favorite go to place in Northern Az to escape the Phoenix heat .The house is on a quiet street perfect to take long walks with your dog. The house has everything you could want & need. The house is very modern & clean. The beds are so comfortable its hard to get out of bed. lol Getting ready to book again for next month. Jeff is very friendly & helpful he checked in with me during my stay to make sure everything was going well."
