"Good size house. Communication was good. We were there for Syracuse graduation, it was only a 25 minute ride and the scenery was nice. , Many directions when you get there ( a folder) Shoes off in the house, empty trash, run dishwasher and start laundry upon leaving. There were 2 bedrooms with queen beds fair size, the twin bed room was a sunroom ( all season room) so all windows. Shades missing and most didn't close - pretty room but not for sleeping. Door knob was not on so kept falling off...

"Stay was perfect for parents of bride and groom after wedding at venue up the road. Only complaint was the upstairs bathroom door wouldn’t shut completely that wasn’t good! Otherwise it was nice"

"Basically as advertised, but the property needs maintenance. Stairs to the front door are broken and dangerous. The grill is a joke and totally unusable. We spent the first hours killing ants and roaches. Layout and location are good, but needs attention and cleaning."
