"Excellent service"

"The pictures don’t lie. Very dated hotel, bulky old furniture, old bathrooms. I stayed there with colleagues so did not choose it myself and will not go back. The breakfast was reasonable, but had terrible service one morrning. We waited 25 minutes for coffe (asked for it 3 times), and the guy serving had no clue what he was doing. On the positive side the staff in the reception was very friendly and serviceminded. And the gym is quite nice. "

"The El Prado was a lovely hotel to stay while visiting family in Palo Alto. Room was spacious, and had a very comfortable bed, nice bathroom, and pleasant decor. Location was convenient for walking to restaurants and small shops. There s no restaurant at the hotel, but you can order room service for breakfast, which was very good! I would stay at this property again."
