The location is great with easy access to downtown, SOMA, and midtown. It’s a very walkable neighborhood. The owners were very easy to communicate with and check in/check out was simple. Some poor attempts were made to fix the issue but during our 3 weeks there, internet was out over half the time. And there was no true urgency to fix it until the day before our move out. "The Rosemont is simply one of the best places we stayed at in all of Arkansas. It was only for one night on a road trip across the state, but it could not have been more perfect. Clean, cozy, cutely decorated, smelled good, unique, safe, walkable neighborhood, interesting things to see and eat and do nearby. Oh and the breakfast was absolutely delicious! Reasonably priced for all the bonuses of staying there, and the communication was excellent to boot. Would absolutely stay there again."
