"Good options of indoor and outdoor pools, easy beach access. Not much available for the bar or the food. I also dislike that gratuity is automatically added to tab. Receipts did not show itemized drinks or food, just a total so I did not add extra tip, this felt a bit awkward."

"The hotel amenities were amazing for our family. Multiple swimming pools and jacuzzis. The hotel is right on the beach front with a beautiful view. Everything was great except the inside of the rooms were a little worn down, probably from moisture. There were about 5 hairs I found in the towels in the bathroom. I just picked them out and went on with my day. But overall it was a fun experience. We would come again. "

"I liked the arcade. It was all new games and it was clean. I like the water park because it was clean and had plenty to do. I completely detested to restaurant. Waited over an hour for my food and was missing many sides and drinks. Waiter waited till all the food was out to let us know that there wasn’t and gravy or biscuits which was my husbands meal. He had to wait an additional 45 mins to get some pancakes … I will not be dinning at crown reef again. "
