"Love the location! It is right on the beach. Yes living room furniture is a bit dated and worn, but it is a beach place. I wouldn't want to put anything pricey with people coming in and out from the beach wet and sandy if it were me either. It is perfect in my opinion for a nice, quiet beach getaway. The kitchen has what you need. The bed is very comfortable. It is my 2nd time to stay here and won't be my last."

"I can't say enough great things about this house. The location was awesome. A very short walk to the beach, a bit longer of a walker to the dock (but it's really close too, especially if you have a golf cart). The dock is a shared dock. We shared with two other boats while there. It wasn't a problem. I only point it out because me telling the golf cart rental company that it was a "private dock" caused some confusion. The outdoor shower was awesome. We got home last Friday. We're almost done...
