"The property was charming! The owners were available for questions about the area as they ran the store below the loft apartment. The only concern is it is not handicap accessible and that should be noted somewhere. I give this listing an A rating for everything, we will definitely book this again if it is available. "Extremely nice apartment. Well stocked kitchen with pots/pans/dishes, etc. Great outdoor space - deck and BBQ and large grass play area. Comfortable beds. Ceiling fans were great. About 30 minutes to Cooperstown Dreams Park where we went for a tournament. We have an electric vehicle and it was difficult to find charging in the area as it is not available at this property (110 plug). "We were in Cooperstown for my son's little league tourney. Decided to stay here about 25 mins out of town instead of the Holiday Inn Express with the rest of the families. Enjoyed the drive and the view of the lake and also being able to have a full size fridge and washer and dryer. Also, had 2 bedrooms. Our 25-yr old daughter came up for a couple of days, so didn;t have to get an extra hotel room. Great host. Super friendly."

"The apartment was perfect for my family and me. Perfectly located near my Dad’s home. Spacious, clean, modern, well-equipped. Loved being near the park too. Walked there daily. Also used the wonderful outdoor porch daily. And renter was very responsive and friendly when I contacted them of anything. Recommend this place to anyone."

"Great location for visiting Cooperstown. Centrally located and in walking distance of the Baseball Hall of Fame and shops and restaurants. Room was very clean and well kept. Parking was very convenient off the street so you didn't have to worry about looking fo parking if you left the area. Would definitely stay again."
