"This was perfect location for our stay in Cooperstown (12 minutes from Dreams Park) and a block walk to MLB HOF and a block walk to the lake with a quaint nearby park. Restaurants, coffee shop and souvenir shopping are plentiful within walking distance. This unit was clean, and stocked with kitchen utensils/cookware/dishes,etc, drip coffee pot as well as keurig. Jack and Jill bathroom with toiletries and towels provided. Bernie, the host, was very attentive, responsive, accessible and helpful!...

"The location was perfect for our Dreams Park trip. Being less than 15 mins from the field was ideal for in between games trips to cool off or eat lunch (and for our toddler to take much needed naps!) The view from the back deck is beautiful and peaceful. The living space was perfect for what we needed. The kitchen had all the essentials. Clean and comfortable! If we end up in this area again we will 100% try and book here if it’s available. "

"We were pleasantly surprised with the size of the apartment. We had six sleep comfortably in the space.Loved the coffee bar set up in the kitchen. Made life a lot easier starting the day. There are a few very minor workmanship issues, and there is no oven installed, but for our purposes, we never needed it.My family would happily stay there again if we are in the area."

"The property was beautiful. So peaceful sitting out by the creek. There is a fire pit down by the creek where you can relax and enjoy the sound of the babbling creek. It was 12 to 15 mins away from Cooperstown Dream Park. It was perfect locations to feel like your away from everything but quick access to town and all the amenities like stores, restaurants etc. It was nice since we were coming for baseball tournements that it was so close so we could head home to relax on the couch while waiting...
