"This is a classic old-style cabin that reminded us of our childhood family trips in the 60’s. It’s not new, but a heck of a lot of fun if you’re in the right head space. Easily walked to town for dinner and to the shore. Clean and had everything we needed."

"We had such a memorable stay at this Gilford holiday house. We had 12 guests and Amulya was more than happy to accommodate and tend to our needs. We were worried it would be a hassle, but the rooms were such a great size. We all wished we could have stayed for more than one night. "Clean house, accommodating host, nice big porch with TV, nice deck and yard for the dogs. It comes equipped with only the necessities, but it was a comfortable homebase for the week and we enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood on the point is walkable but you have to drive to find a good swimming spot. "

"The Boulders is a gem on Little Squam. A great beach w/ kayaks and canoe and swim out dock as well as boat access if needed. The unit was great - updated w/ small kitchen area and loved the 2 enclosed decks overlooking the lake. We brought a paddleboard of our own (though there are some available on the beach) and had a great time exploring the lake shore. This place is perfect for a fun relaxing getaway to NH Lake country. "Beautiful property overlooking the water. In the morning you can enjoy hearing and watching eagles. The pictures online of the interior do not do this property justice. I'm already looking into my next stay. Great to find a property you only need to bring food and yourself. Clean, no odor of a home being semi unoccupied. If you know, you know. Everyone loved the stay."

"5 stars for location, communication and amenities! Even though the property inside is a bit outdated, it is a perfect lake house retreat with an amazing little beach with free access to kayaks, paddle boards and a canoe. Plenty of beach seating with fire pits and gorgeous views. A great place to escape with kids of all ages. It is less than a minute down the road from an amazing marketplace, delicious restaurant and it close to a science center and trails to walk on.Would stay again.Thank you...
