"Our family of three adults, one teenager, one 9-year-old, and a dog, spent a fabulous week at this lovely home. So much to do at the pristine, quiet lake. We loved the variety of small craft to choose from, and were delighted to watch our dog learn to swim. We grandparents are in our early 70s, and had no problem navigating the short path to the lake, or to walk into the water at the shallow sandy shore. "This home was the perfect retreat for us to enjoy a long weekend in Gilford. The open layout made it easy to remain engaged with your companions while in the kitchen/dining room/living room. The kitchen was spacious and functional and made it easy to prep both meals for home and picnics to bring on adventures. The large deck was a great place for coffee and conversation, and the spacious bedrooms were comfortable. We enjoyed our stay! "

"From the moment we entered the room smelled horrible. Even after spraying the room with disinfectant it still smelled entering each time. We had to open the sliding glass door to air out the room every time. The curtain appeared to have mold on it.The coffee table was not clean. We needed to clean it upon arrival. "Property was great! We enjoyed our stay. Close enough to things to do but far enough away that we could enjoy being out in nature. Loved the beach/lake access!"

"House has space galore! Throughout our stay the weather was hot and humid. We were happy to have air conditioning units set up throughout the house. Beware though, be careful not to overload the circuits! This was a family vaca to remember!"
