"Check in time was good & fast and appropriate the fact that our luggage was taken up, just didn’t like how check in time was at 4pm & check out was at 11am. I definitely don’t recommend the stay. We tried to get extra towels because ours were dirty and they tried to tell us we had to pay extra for the towels. We stayed in the 2nd building and had so way up the hill. We had to walk up the hills in order to get to the room. A"

"Very disappointing. The room was completely run down with peeling paint in the cupboards, things being removed from the walls without fixing and everything made in the cheapest materials. Black hair everywhere and I'm a blonde! False advertisinf with 5 beach bars, deck chairs and many other things. Great beachfront location and very friendly service."

"The apartment was luxurious and spacious, very well equipped. The fridge in the kitchen even has an icemaker. The water has improved vastly in St. Martin in recent years, and we had no issues drinking the tab water or using ice cubes from the ice maker at this hotel. "La Villa Habiscus was fantastic. We stayed there for 2 weeks on our first vacation with our little one (5 months) and we could not have chosen a better spot. "View was spectacular. Food at resort was primo as well. Beach is "open from 10-6" meaning if you want service, towel, or chair its 10-6. You can still take an early morning dip. Valet was chill, staff was chill. View again was great. Rainbow cafe is two/three doors down. Cool spot, but they party over there until midnight on the weekends. It is loud when they are partying and the bass shakes the whole block. Be aware of that. If you want to have dinner at the restaurant it closes at 8,...

The location is FANTASTIC by the beach and the smiling girl at the restaurant at night are wonderful. But the staff manager she is full of stories. We bought friends from Europe this time and they were treated so bad-like running after them at the beach with the bill for drinks they already had payed to another waiter. "The property was clean. The night staff was really kind and helpful. Check-in was a breeze and the kind lady offered me suggestions as to where I could grab a bite. The bathroom for some reason had no towels, wash cloths or hand soap. The towel rack was also non existent. It was a peaceful and restful nights sleep as I only stayed for 1 night and they were quick to rectify the towel situation."
