"We had an excellent stay at the property. It was clean, had new appliances, was in great condition with a nice outside deck and yard. The neighborhood was quiet and the house was as advertised. The staff communicated all instructions clearly and provided contact info in the event we needed support, which we did not. We would definitely return."

What we found were shovelled and treated walkways, a freshly plowed parking space, lights and heat on and a lovely home on the banks of the frozen Farmington River. "Where do I begin--- 1) upon checking in Friday a maintenance guy was parked in the driveway so I had to contact the owner where to park since the property is on a very narrow road and there is no available street parking, 2) maintenance guy was on the property for almost 2 hours to get heat and hot water working, 3) I was instructed to turn up the heat to heat up the water (that didn't work, couldn't take comfortable warm showers at bedtime after a long travel day), 3) left early in the morning...
