"This property is in an older neighborhood near downtown PHX. Some of the surrounding properties have not been kept up although it appears that there's an effort being made in the neighborhood to change things around. The property met our needs for the purpose of attending a Dodgers game at nearby Chase Field. Be aware that you might have to park on the street depending on how many people have rentals booked at the same time. (There's a total of 3 rental units on this property and only 1...

"What a great property for a group! There's plenty of room for everyone and lots of different spaces to hang out. The backyard is private and the pool and hot tub are awesome. So glad we stayed here!!"

"The place needs a little tweaking… # 1 oversized the outdoor space! # 2 get rid of the undersized bedroom rail doors! Hello! Doors are too small and too heavy for the rails. I had to take the door off the rail and hang a blanket, no good! Kinda dark in the unit cause it’s built on the back side of a property, and not much windows.This is our 5 th rental in Phoenix and it’s way over priced for what you get. Won’t stay here again."
