Good location, excelent staff
We stayed in the hotel for 3 nights. The hotel has everything you need for a visit to Lisbon. Located in walking distance to many attractions. Room was not big, but functional. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Good breakfast.

It was a great hotel - Good service - the right place - Easy to restaurants - Nice breakfast - Easy to Taxi. All in All a 5 star stay.! Only thing they need to improve is the speed on their WiFi...

Rent og komfortabelt lige i hjertet af Lissabon
Eneste anke vedr. værelse var der manglede garderobe plads, ellers var det helt perfekt med super central beliggenhed. Kan absolut anbefales.

Unikt hotel tæt ved vandet / gågaden
Havde en rigtigt god oplevelse på TURIM. Værelset var ikke det største, men det vidste vi på forhånd. Lokationen er super central, og derfor tæt på alt... Det eneste minus må være at A/C'en ikke er stærk nok, så det kan blive lidt varmt når der er 30+ grader i Lisbon.

We stayed 3 nights in a “Superior Double Room” This is an overall GOOD property IF you temper your expectations!!! Given that this is located in a busy city in Europe, the room will be small. You are certainly paying for location over comfort and amenities. The good: safe area, convenient access to everything you need and the tourist areas, overall clean and comfortable. A nice touch was a radio system with speakers in the wall/ceiling. The reason that we rate 4/5: The room is very small. No real place to store luggage for 2 people. And we only had 2 smaller roller bags and 2 backpacks. This was bothersome because some of the space was taken up by a fridge, which is a nice amenity usually, but this fridge is only for selling the customer convenience items. Only 1 easily used electrical outlet available. The biggest complaint as a couple: the glass walled bathroom. Sure, there was some frost on the windows, but there were gaps between the glass panes… Nothing screams romance on a couples trip like enjoying the sounds and scents of your significant other on the toilet. Also, there is very little room in the shower and no real usable space for toiletries on the sink countertops. TL;DR: good hotel if you do not mind having minimal toilet privacy.

Room 414, AC and TV did not work in all our staying, Shower door broke down last day. 1st day No Phone, We spend 4 nights swetting (I ended up with migraines), I requested to be changed to another room, I was told hotel was full no room was available, I was told technician will come to check AC and TV right on the 2nd day. No one came to check on anything Staying from 4/23 to 4/27/2024

Helpfull and gentle staff. A human error happened at the check in and the staff dealed with it quickly, efficiency and with courtesy worthy of appreciation: we were upgraded and we were honored with bottle of wine in the room. I strongly recommend this excellent hotel.

We've just returned from a stay at this hotel location is brilliant, we booked room only but had breakfast in the hotel just one morning which was average, the room was clean a bit dark. Reception staff were friendly and extremely helpful I would certainly recommend this hotel.

Vriendelijk personeel, prima ontbijt en een goede ligging Zijn wel Kleine kamers maar prima bedden. Ik mis wel de stopcontacten naast je bed. Daar was er geen enkele en de klus was erg klei, wen Ipad of een 13 inch laptop past er niet in.

Really enjoyed our stay, although the WiFi wasn't working throughout the entire duration of our stay (5 nights); which is a necessity when visiting from abroad.

Hotel staff is polite, service, clean is OK, breakfast buffet Ero17/person, quality is so so. Room is extremely small, no work desk, feel not match the price asked for. Location is close to downtown, most restaurants target to the tourists, selling dishes ways different from the photos, much be carful.
