The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a stove, an oven and a microwave. For added convenience, the property is equipped with a dishwasher to make post-meal cleanup a breeze and a washer, dryer, and ironing equipment to meet your laundry needs.

The bedroom has a queen bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort and a desk for those who need to catch up on work or study.

The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

Additionally, it offers the convenience of complimentary parking on the street, making it easy for guests with their vehicles to explore the city and surrounding areas.

The Paço de Arcos is a civil parish in the municipality of Oeiras, located near Lisbon. "Paço de Arcos" comes from the old Palace, a royal residence during the 17th and 18th centuries. The Palace was demolished in the 19th century, but the name remained.

Today, Paço de Arcos is primarily a residential area with a picturesque waterfront, offering views of the Tagus River. It has a mix of modern and traditional architecture, with some historical buildings still standing.

The area is known for its beaches, particularly the Praia de Paço de Arcos, which attracts locals and tourists during summer. The waterfront promenade is famous for walking, jogging, and cycling, offering stunning views of the river and the surrounding landscape.

In addition to its natural beauty, Paço de Arcos has a lively social scene with cafes, restaurants, and bars along its streets, making it a charming destination for residents and visitors alike.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest bus stop, Av Eng Bonneville Franco (Esc Náutica), is just a 1-minute walk.

Humberto Delgado Airport is a 28-minute drive from the property.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).

Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.

Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
