Modern, furnished, and tastefully decorated, this lovely apartment is conveniently located near various top attractions in Paço de Arcos, including the beautiful beaches, the "Quinta do Relógio", and numerous excellent restaurants scattered throughout the area. There are also many buses nearby, and the "Paço de Arcos" train station is only a few minutes walk away from the apartment.

This apartment features an open and cosy living room, perfect for relaxing after a long day exploring the city.

The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery, allowing you to prepare a delicious meal.

The bedroom contains a comfortable queen bed with hotel-quality linens and multiple storage spaces.

The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up. Fresh towels and complimentary toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience.

The flat is always professionally cleaned for your health and safety.

NOTE: The apartment is situated in a vibrant area near main roads and above restaurants, so that some noise may be heard at times.

Guests will have access to the entire home!

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

Paço De Arcos may not be as popular as other cities in Portugal, but don’t let that fool you. Paço De Arcos is a smaller but beautiful upcoming tourist destination that is worth a visit. You will be surprised by some of the unique things to do and places you can explore at this hidden destination.

You can definitely plan a few hours of a side trip here while travelling to Lisbon or Cascais. You might wish to revisit it someday again, to take a break and relax at Paço De Arcos.

The apartment is easily accessible by public transport or by car.

Closest Station: Paço de Arcos Train Station.

Before your check-in, we will send you your check-in options and where to pick up the keys. Please note that personal check-in with a concierge costs 10€, pending availability.

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. If you need cleaning or extra linen, please let us know, and we will gladly provide an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
