Ideal for families or small groups, this apartment features an elegant living area with plenty of natural light. The living room is equipped with a comfortable L-shaped sofa, a dining table and TV — the perfect space to relax and enjoy great moments.

The kitchen, with its clean and modern design, is fully equipped and ideal for preparing all your daily meals. In addition to crockery and essential utensils, it has a coffee machine, microwave, oven, hob and fridge to help you in your day-to-day life.

Access to the large balcony is conveniently through the glass doors of the living room and kitchen, flooding the entire social area with fantastic natural light during the day. The balcony runs along a large part of the apartment and features outdoor furniture, excellent for enjoying the sun and fresh air.

The accommodation consists of two harmoniously decorated suites. The master suite, with direct access to the balcony, has a double bed and generous built-in wardrobes. The second suite is equipped with two comfortable single beds and wardrobes to store your belongings.

The accommodation benefits from air conditioning in all rooms and the great convenience of private parking.

All beds come with quality bed linen to ensure maximum comfort.

The three bathrooms (two full en-suite bathrooms with shower trays and one service bathroom in the hallway) have all the amenities, including towels and toiletries for your convenience.

The space is always professionally cleaned.

This accommodation is located in one of the most central, safe and cosmopolitan areas of Lisbon: the Amoreiras and Campolide axis. The energy of this neighbourhood is the perfect combination of the authenticity of a Lisbon residential area and modern sophistication. Stepping outside, you breathe a welcoming atmosphere, with an excellent offering of charming cafés, renowned restaurants, local grocery stores and the prestigious Amoreiras Shopping Centre — famous for its 360º panoramic viewpoint over the city. Just nearby, the romantic Jardim das Amoreiras and the imposing Aqueduto das Águas Livres invite relaxing walks.

Its strategic location is exceptional for exploring the Historic Centre and the most iconic attractions of the capital. In a pleasant walk, you quickly reach the majestic Parque Eduardo VII and Praça Marquês de Pombal. From there, simply walk down the luxurious Avenida da Liberdade — lined with centuries-old trees and renowned shops — to plunge directly into the vibrant heart of Lisbon: the historic neighbourhoods of Baixa, Rossio and Chiado. Whether you prefer to explore on foot, by metro or by bus, access to Terreiro do Paço, Castelo de São Jorge or the typical trams of Alfama is incredibly quick and easy.

As well as being your perfect urban retreat, this address is an excellent base to discover the tourist gems of the region. Thanks to quick road access (A5) and the ease of reaching major train stations, planning unforgettable day trips is very simple. In just 30 to 40 minutes, you can be enchanted by the mystical village of Sintra (UNESCO World Heritage Site), with its fairy-tale palaces, or enjoy the sun, fresh fish and golden beaches in the elegant coastal town of Cascais.

The apartment is ideally located with excellent public transport connections.

The closest metro stations are Rato (Yellow Line) and Marquês de Pombal (Yellow and Blue Lines), both within a 5-minute walk.

Several bus lines also serve the area, with stops just outside the building. From Marquês de Pombal, you can reach Lisbon's main attractions, Baixa, and Parque das Nações with ease.

Lisbon Airport (Humberto Delgado) is approximately 20–25 minutes by car or 30–40 minutes by metro.

Taxis and Uber are readily available, and the apartment is well connected to the A5 motorway for those travelling by car.

This is a self-check-in property and you will be asked to verify your identity before being able to check in to the apartment (15:00).

We ask all guests to fill in a registration form that will be sent after booking confirmation, in accordance with the legal obligations stipulated by the local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g. smell of tobacco, ash, cigarette butts, etc.), we reserve the right to charge a fee of at least €200 EUR.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy for utilities will apply with a limit of €80 included.

For the first days, we provide the following basic amenities: small containers of shower gel, shampoo and soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, washing-up liquid and bin bags.

Extra keys: €20 (extra set when possible, lost keys or door opening service).
Extra cleaning: price of a cleaning fee.
Extra linen: €30 (towels and sheets for 2 people, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
