Each room includes a television and bathroom, providing privacy and entertainment. Due to the lively nature of the area, there may be some noise, especially in the evenings, from nearby bars and restaurants. Kindly be aware that there is also a bowling alley located below the apartment so occasional noise may be heard from time to time.

Please note that the lively nature of the area means there may be some noise, especially in the evenings due to nearby bars and restaurants. There are bike lanes to access the city easily by bike, and the metro stop Saldanha is just a 5-minute walk from the property. There is a lot to explore in this part of the city and you are near to everything!
