Super godt luksushotel
Fantastisk hotel med super service. Ingen støj på værelset på trods af beliggenheden i et støjende område. Der var meget støj i baren på Tagterrassen, så holdt vi os fra og benyttede restaurantbaren i stedet for. Så vi manglede den klassiske hotelbar vi forventer af et 5 stjernet hotel, med top-klasse en bartender.

Perfect place to stay in the middle of everything.
Perfect place to stay in the middle of everything. You have everything right outside the door. The restaurant at the hotel is recommendable. The breakfast service was delicious and the staff very friendly and offered to serve from the kitchen as well as the buffet. They were also helpful with advices on where to go around the city. The hotel also has an amazing roof top terrace with a beautiful view of the city. Unfortunately we didn't get to enjoy this because of the weather. Good restaurants nearby "Largo" and "Sea me" with delicious and extraordinary sushi. You can have the hotel book a table for you.

Byens flotteste udsigt fra baren på tagterrassen men betjeningen noget uhøflig. Meget lidt servicemindede. Morgenmadsrestaurantens personale helt i top. Receptionen hjælpsomme. Dog en lille kikser med transporten til lufthavnen.

Top service and don,t miss out on the rooftop bar.
In the centre of nightlife! Top service! Ready at any time, and still not pushy. Had been told that the area was noisy due to outdoor partying, but the room was quiet with double set of glass in the balcony door. Use the roof top terrace to see the sunset 

This is the second time we have stayed at The Barrio Alto Hotel. The location is great . We had an issue with our first room. Rachel the customer service representative for the hotel took care of us and moved us to a different room which was perfect. The included breakrast is wonderful and the view from the terrace is beautiful.

This is a classic European hotel with incredible service. It sits on a vibrant, if busy, city square. That can make it a little noisier than ideal but there are a lot of shops and bars within easy walking distance. They made to order breakfast was some of the best food we had in Lisbon. Love this place.

This stylish hotel is just excellent on all levels. The staff are incredibly friendly and efficient. The housekeeping team is among the best we have experienced. The food is outstanding. We ate at the Fifth Floor restaurant on our first night and the meal was first class, the terrace bar on the sixth floor is unmissable, with amazing views across the City, and delicious light meals. Breakfasts were also excellent. One of the main attributes we noticed, though, was how there was such a calm and relaxing ambience throughout the hotel. The rooms are beautifully decorated with everything you need, and the bed was supremely comfortable. Above all, though, it is the staff that stand out, from the front desk, to the restaurants/bars and the housekeeping team. The service we got was impeccable everywhere. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this wonderful hotel.

Excellent service without being intrusive. So happy to be back in the room every night eagerly expecting what surprise is in store for us for the night. Wait staff at the restaurant were so attentive you do not need to ask. If you feel chilly at their outdoor dining, a small blanket would miraculously appear for your use.

Rooftop bar was beautiful. Amazing breakfast included in stay and the perfect amount of gym equipment sauna to take care of yourself during a fun weekend in the city.
